i lost my instructions which button is vibrate and which is shock

The tone button can be found on the side of the remote transmitter. The static button is the button that has a raised middle while the vibration button is the flat button below the static button. Please see the 3rd photo on the product page for a visual representation.

I have 2 dogs. Can I use 2 sets (collars/remotes) at the same time or will there be some frequency issues? I'd hate to zap both of them with 1 remote.

The collar and receiver must be paired together, so 1 remote won't activate 2 collars.

I hate to use an aversive training method, but my dog ran around the pen and barked at my chickens every morning when I let them out of the coop. It freaked out the chickens and was annoying to me. After a couple of times using this collar on lowest setting, problem solved.

I called the company to ask if they had any suggestions and the gut on the phone kept trying to push me to buy a new battery. i pointed out that the lights were coming on and I hadnt had the product very long so I thought it was unlikely the battery was the problem.

Just expect something to work. But, looking at the other reviews, should have known better. Chewy, you might want to stop carrying this product.

I wanted to love this collar. It is the second one we ordered. But after just a few months the collar is unresponsive even when fully charged. No beep, no vibration, no shock. Completely useless. We needed this for our bigger pup who is half German Shepherd half Border Collie. He doesn't pay attention well at all without reinforcement... And he only does mildly ok with treats and positive reinforcement. Now I'm out over $130 and can't afford to replace the collar. Disappointed is an understatement.

Tested shock on myself very easily ignored and doesn’t hold a charge very long. Over all, to pricy for a collar that doesn’t work. Bought a $40 shock collar to replace this one and it works.
