Can I buy this setup and just a collar to add on for another dog?

The Yardtrainer cannot be expanded for multi-pet use. This brand offers the Fieldtrainer series for that capability.

Can you buy a replacement remote for training collars? Are they universal for all sport dog collars?

Replacement remotes are available directly through the manufacturer.

Does this collar shock the dog if he doesn’t abide with my command after the noise?

The receiver collar will not automatically give a correction after a tone or vibration. Each command has a separate button on the remote: tone, vibration and static correction. Whether the dog gets a correction or not will depend on the owner. If the dog doesn’t listen to the owner’s verbal command or to the command they have trained the dog to with the tone or vibration, then the owner will then need to push the button for the static correction if his training regimen then calls for it.

Does the charger sell separately?

It's a hit or miss. I loved this brand after a family member showed it to me. I'm not too impressed as this is the 2nd collar I've bought that doesn't work.
