Stella & Chewy's dinners for dogs are designed to be complete and balanced for all life stages this means they're great for puppies, too! They do meet AAFCO standards for complete and balanced nutrition across all life stages. You will, however, want to introduce them slowly a typical transition takes about 7-10 days. Puppies do need more food than adults at the same weight. Feed up to twice the amount recommended on feeding guidelines. We also offer a puppy-specific lineup of Freeze-Dried Dinner Patties.

Our dog has bad allergies and can eat only 100% rabbit products, which means we have to pay close attention to food ingredients. Up until purchasing this, we used dry food mixed w some wet food (all prescription rabbit). Sometimes it seemed like he didn’t want to eat it anymore and often he didn’t eat all of it. We decided to try this product after reviewing the ingredients closely and feeling like we could try it for a little while to see how he reacted to it. He loves this stuff and he doesn’t’ seem to be allergic to it! Now I add half of a crushed biscuit as a topper and he can’t wait to dig into it. So far his bowl has been empty every day since we started.

My dog loves the lamb. He had a lot of allergies so I'm very picky about what he eats. He is very allergic to all poultry and most grains. I've had bad experiences with companies that make chicken products in th3 same factory as other foods. Ive never had a problem with this company. He loves the lamb. I add some water so they aren't hard. They soften nicely and he enjoys them. Hes had no issues with them.

The fact that it was rabbit!

Parker ate it but not like he gobbled up the chicken topper. The patties were hard to break up n didn't rehydrate as well as I had hoped.

Kate loves stella and chewy freeze dried raw. I bought the rabbit to give her more variety since she gets bored with the same flavor all the time. She is eating it but not as enthusiastic as she is with the Stella and chewy venison. I probably won’t get the rabbit again.

Excellent

Both my dogs prefer this to food from The Farmer's Dog. I add warm water, let it soften and dice it. It's gone in seconds.

Bec of the low fat content, the rabbit patties are very hard. I like to crumble one patty spread amongst my four large breed dogs but I have to cut the rabbit patties
