I crumbled them into her regular food, starting a little at a time. Now more than half her bowl of food is crumbled lamb patties. I moisten her bowl of food since the patties are freeze dried. I even gave these to a dear friend for their Black Russian Ferrier Age 10 years and kept giving him a bag every month until he passed at almost 12 which is ancient for anyone who isn’t familiar with this amazing breed! Kris loved these even after kibble wouldn’t tempt his appetite right before he turned 11, and these made act like he was 8 again! Wish I had been sending them much sooner to sweet Kris! I have tried puppy food that she was on when I got her, Spot and Tango which she liked for about 3 meals, The Pet's Table which was too large and chewy and she choked on and the dry dog foods her larger and older pet siblings eat--she preferred the kibble to all of her options until I tried the Stella & Chewy's. dandy lamb freeze dried. She loves it and does not leave anything for the other dogs to scavenge for! We gave it 4 days before writing the review and she is still eating it up.

I was amazed how much my dog, Max loves the lamb patties. He is a picky eater and I have tried countless “treats” to add to his kibble so that he would eat. The lamb patties did the trick. I crumble part of a patty over his food and he goes to town eating. I was at my daughter’s home the first time I tried these patties. Her dog kept following me around after I fed Max, trying to smell and lick my hands because she could smell the lamb patties. I sprinkled some lamb patty over her kibble and she ate everything. These lamb patties are like cat nip for dogs. I will definitely reorder.
