This brand's raw frozen and freeze-dried meal mixers and patties are designed to be complete and balanced for all life stages—the only exception would be the Salmon and Cod Meal Mixers as these are meant as a treat or topper only at this time. Otherwise, they do meet AAFCO standards for complete and balanced nutrition across all life stages. Puppies require more food than adult dogs of the same weight when provided as a complete and balanced meal.
Does this meet AAFCO guidelines?

Can these be kept in the refrigerator after putting water on them if they don't eat it all?

Once the food is re-hydrated, it should be treated as “raw”, and can only stay out for (up to) 2 hours before discarding. If the food has been out for 2 hours, it should not be refrigerated at that point, just discarded.
If the pet does not consume everything at once, it can be picked up (immediately) and refrigerated. Frozen raw, and rehydrated freeze-dried raw will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
