After starting my search for fish-only-protein dog foods I found this food. I was familiar with the brand so thought it may be decent. I contacted the company to see how their fish was caught and they were very dismissive and aloof about my question. They basically just told me they didn’t know and that was it. No, “I’m sorry we cannot disclose that information,” no “let me look into that and get back to you.” Just “I am not sure,” (paraphrased). I found it very unprofessional and it really rubbed me the wrong way. I used to buy the raw patties for my pups, but now I have a bitter taste in my mouth every time I see the brand. I’ll stick to instinct.
