How old is your dog supposed to be to have it?

There is no age minimum to give this supplement to dogs, the only requirement is to give the dose based on their weight. As always, it is recommended to speak with your vet before starting any new supplements with your pup.

The green lipped mussel that is added would include natural Chondroitin. So yes it does include it.

This supplement contains 148 milligrams of Zinc Sulfate and Alpha Lipoic Acid per 7.2 grams soft chew.

Sent 6 months expired product!!!

Have been purchasing this product awhile and our dog does wonderful on it. Just ordered the large tub and it arrived 6 months expired (!!!) I was truly shocked

Have been purchasing this product awhile and our dog does wonderful on it. Just ordered the large tub and it arrived 6 months expired (!!!) I was truly shocked. Chewy is expecting me to return the item prior to getting a refund (wouldn’t they want it disposed of regardless?) and were unable to guarantee that I would receive a non-expired product should I re-order. Needless to say chewy lost a customer today. I’ll be looking elsewhere for these chews. Buyer beware!

I purchased these for our dogs for YEARS! I was always very happy with these. For years the came in the tube and the servicing size for my dogs was 2 a day. Now they changed the product, sell it in a pouch, they reduced the size by 1/2 and they are gross and crumbly when they arrive. I know have to give 4 as a serving size. So, basically they cut the size in 1/2 but charge the same for the same amount and you have to double the dosage. Will find something new as this is a disgrace!

I have been giving these to my dog for 6 years now and have seemed to help with his joints and mobility. Now that the product has changed packaging and dosage along with the size of the product the quality has declined. Not to mention the price is way more than it used to be. The last bag came in one big lump with the treats stuck together and the bottom of the bag full of liquid. I will most likely be looking for a replacement for the future.

My vet recommended giving her Synovi g4 and shortening the distance we threw her ball. And shortening her time playing by just a little. And it made a big difference. So far she still plays and no pain or limping. Love this product!!

New packaging - a pouch - and configuration of the chews (smaller and very soft & stuck together) and dosage recommendations have brought me to the point of choosing a different brand of joint supplement next time around. The pouch packaging results in a glob of chews that are often broken up, hard to separate, and difficult to ascertain at times how much constitutes one chew.

This time however I received the “new” Bayer version and was shocked to find that I paid the same price for smaller chewable that were essentially half the dosage of the older version, basically a 100% increase in price. Not only that but they were sticky and wadded together in a big clump. I will not be buying this product again.

One of my dogs is 15 and has arthritis. This works so good on him! He isn't limp-free, but way, way better! I recommended it to everyone!
