Every home environment is different, so how long opened product stays fresh depends on the environment they are stored in. We recommend closing the bag tightly after each opening and storing it in a cool, dry place for best results. Please keep in mind that every pet is also different. Some pets will notice as a product gets dryer or a little less fresh, while others will not notice at all. We do recommend feeding a bag within a couple of months of opening. If a bag is well sealed and well stored, it is possible it can last up to the best before date printed on the bag.

It’s crazy... you just need to shake the bag! I love spreading some treats in different places on the cat tree, and my cat follows the scent and eats them. She really enjoys the game. My other cat is more chill; he likes to have the treats placed right in front of him. Sometimes he plays with me the same way, hiding treats and then looking for them. I love them so much. I try not to give them too many; one portion a day is my rule. Sometimes my husband gives them a few more later, but we always try to keep the amount small.

I ordered one 6.3 ounce bag... My cat get 2 treats when I take my medications before bed. She knows the routine. I watch Netflix on the couch. She has been coming to me and bumping my hand for me to get up and give her these treats! Now it's 3 treats. She still wants more but that's it. I've been making a point of doing something else first so she doesn't get in a habit of bugging me. She does get emphatic and nip or touch me with her sharp claws. She was feral and still likes to go outside on the porch for about a half hour each morning weather permitting.

My kitties LOVE these Temptations. They all have a certain time for treats daily and they all come running when I shake the container. My little Gizzy gets a pouch of the chicken Delectables (which she absolutely loves) she is disabled and can not eat the hard treats or food (she only eats Sheba and her Delectables) so she gets her special treat when everyone else is getting yheirs.

I also prefer the bag over the tubs as those tend to crack during shipping. So I just buy one of the tubs at a brick and mortar store once in a while so I have something to shake them and serve from. The zipper is great to keep them fresher.

The cats enjoyed this so much that one night they worked together to brake the treat cabinet door, climbed to the top of the 10ft shelf, then knocked the tub out of the cabinet onto the floor to feast on their snacks. I would suggest in investing into a treat container with a strong lid.
