I've been trying to find a different wet cat food for our three senior cats, so thought I'd give this brand a try. Our cats have no problems trying new foods, and usually do so with enthusiasm. But when I first put this food on their plates, they each took one or two bites, then tried to bury it. I've tried giving the cats this food several times now, but they take one sniff of it and walk away. They simply will not eat this food. Chicken pate wet food is their favorite flavor and texture, just not this brand. I really was hopeful since this food is formulated for senior cats, but it was a huge failure - and an expensive one at that. I now have almost a full case of this food to donate to a local shelter - maybe they can make use of this food. For us, it was a waste of money.

Wish they would stop using meat by products, otherwise I like the ingredients. I do add water to her food as it is not moist enough. Dixie likes it although she likes almost anything. The price is not bad. I do like the senior minced variety better because it is much more moist, but was not available.

Not crazy about it.

Unlike the other pates that he basically inhales, this sits around and doesn't get finished.

Just a heads up. Our cat loves the chicken Pate but will not touch this "age advanced" form of it.
