Feeding Instructions
It is important to slowly transition your dog from his/her current diet as it takes a few days for the body to adapt to the new nutrient levels. Unfortunately, this particular formula did not agree with my dog. He has had Wellness food his entire life and has loved it! He was getting a little heavier than I would like so I thought this food, mixed with his other would alleviate the issue. Unfortunately, it just did not sit well with him. He eats about 4 cups of food a day and I introduced this food slowly (about a quarter cup mixed with his current food)and he has not been able to tolerate it all. He had it coming out of both ends! One reason I bought this food was because of all the great reviews but this blend just wasn't for my goldendoodle.
