Your pet can be easiest transitioned by adding 10% of the new formula to 90% of what you had been feeding the first day. Each day after that decrease the old flavor or formula by 10% and increase the new by 10%.

Every night he starts pestering earlier and earlier, and if I’m not fast enough, he’ll jump on the counter to sneak a bite. He even sticks his head straight into the container like it’s a personal buffet (see photo!). It’s safe to say this is his absolute favorite food, and I love that it’s grain-free and high-quality. Highly recommend if you have a cat who knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to demand it!
GAVE CAT URINARY CRYSTALS
I wanted to like this food, especially since it offered more protein than my cat’s previous dry food. The ingredient list looked great, but something seemed off
I wanted to like this food, especially since it offered more protein than my cat’s previous dry food. The ingredient list looked great, but something seemed off. Just a few months after switching, my cat, who hadn’t had any health issues in eight years, developed urinary crystals. It had to be the food. The balance of minerals and protein wasn’t what I had expected. Something in the formula seems to disrupt a cat’s natural urinary pH. If your cat is already healthy, it’s not worth the risk in changing the food to this. Urinary crystals are a nightmare.

My cats have enjoyed all of the Wellness kibble bags that I have bought, and I believe I've tried 3 different ones. I always try to mix 2-3 different kibbles together, to keep my kitties interest. I do notice that they really like this food, and not just eat it because its there, like they do for some other brands. The ingredients list is good, the carbs are fairly low, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
