I originally started purchasing this 10 years ago for a kitty prone to an@l prolapse (Chewy review system considers mention of this medical issue profanity.). Switching to this no-filler food eliminated her prolapse episodes. All my other cats have been eating this food since, and we have not had any diet-related health issues.

My big 20lb highland lynx has GI issues (think IBD and absolute lakes of slimy diarrhea), and my FIV+ girl Nori has allergies, especially chicken. I thought this food would be a step in the right direction for both of them, but no dice. Made Jabari’s diarrhea worse, and Nori continued to itch and overgroom/rip her hair out. The other 5 cats seemed fine with it, but sadly it did nothing for the two kitties I bought it for. I will say, though, after switching them from Purina One Skin and Coat (I fed them this for years, and they must have changed/cheapened the formula within the past year, because Nori began vomiting 3-5 times per DAY on it), Nori’s vomiting almost stopped entirely. So if that’s an issue you’re dealing with, then this may be worth a try. But for allergies and GI/IBD problems, it made things worse.

Love this

At least my picky cats like something! They love the dry food. They eat it very well. Clean the bowl . So I'm happy they like it.

Were having problems getting itty to eat. She refused her regular food and everything we tried after that until we served her wellness. She shows for every meal, doesnt try to switch food with mama, licks the bowl clean. We mix the dry with the wellness gravy line. No fillers, a healthy meal for her.

My TigE doesn't care much for it. I won't be buying it again.

Both of my cats love Core Wellness kibble! They get Wellness wet food twice a day (1/4 of a 5.5 oz. can each per meal) and all the kibble they want. Between them they go through about a quart Mason jar of kibble a week. They're indoor/outdoor country cats with sizeable territories to maintain, so they stay nice and lean, and are extremely healthy.

Small, kibble size was welcome

I've transitioned my small foster girl Abby onto this food. She loves it, it's easy for her to eat the smaller kibble size and she enjoys the taste.
