Wellness uses a method called HPP (High Pressure Processing). This process crushes any potential foodborne contaminants, giving the product an official microbiological mitigation step recognized by the FDA. Each finished batch of kibble or canned recipes are then sent to a 3rd party for testing.

Great food!!

I chose this since it seemed to have more protein than my previous food choice. My wiener dog Luna LOVES IT! Especially the pieces of dried salmon. The size helped

I chose this since it seemed to have more protein than my previous food choice. My wiener dog Luna LOVES IT! Especially the pieces of dried salmon. The size helped her not to swallow it whole and actually chew instead. She is on a diet and already lost some weight with this new food (and is not hungry!)

We have been adding this food to our dogs regular food when it became more difficult to get him to eat it. He gobbles his food up but there has to be enough of the salmon pieces in his dish or he will protest! Warning! The salmon pieces mostly end up at the top of the bag so try to ration them as you go or they will be scarce towards the end of the bag and the picky eater will not be happy!

SO unhappy!!! The pieces of Salmon were all smashed to dust. I got a 18lb bag of junk!!!!! I had to dig half way down the bag to get the few pieces seen of the salmon
