    Do not recommend

By Darlene on Jun 24, 2021

First of all, I love Chewy and buy my critters everything from Chewy. However, I got the Silo Water container for my Exhibition English Budgies. My guys were very expensive. I noticed the regular chirping they did stopped. They were fluffed up. I checked everything and then I got to the container. It had completely stopped delivering water. I took the container off, emptied the container and refilled it. No water came down at all. I am very disappointed in the design of the dispenser cup. It's very narrow and doesn't refill like it should. I went back to my old silo water dispenser. My old ones work fine. It would be good if the dispenser cup could be redesigned yo work properly First of all, I love Chewy and buy my critters everything from Chewy. Ummmmm idk

By Frankie on Aug 28, 2021

Ordered two thinking it will be great for my birdies. One came with no bottom and in order to get the other one to stay, I had to gorilla glue the ring to the apparatus.

    Does not work

By Karen on May 4, 2021

Very disappointed Chewy would carry this product. The tube for the water slides right out. I will not rubberband or anything else to use something that has a design flaw. Chewy are you reading reviews. You need to look at this one and test it BTW. I love chewy just not this product

    Waste of money

By Birdmom on Jun 29, 2021

There is nothing to hold the bottom of the water bottle to the top. Gravity is not enough.

    Well Let's try again

By RumisMom on Mar 7, 2021

Seemed like it would be great as it is larger than the one I was using. Only problem is I apparently installed it incorrectly or my bird was offended by it...it ended up crashed on the floor and was broken beyond fixing. So I'll have to get another one and see how it does.

    Worth the Price

By Zylo on Nov 10, 2020

The Silo water feeder is a great addition to my birdcage. My cockatiel likes to drink out of it and it keeps the water clean without any seed particles. I only had a minor issue with the holder not staying very secure, so I had to use a small wooden ring to keep the holder from slipping off the cage. Other than that it works great!!

    They don't hold the water?

By Nope on Jan 20, 2021

These fall down as soon as you fill them with water.... Added rubber bands to hold them to the side of the cage. Not a good product.

    Good, not great

    By Meghan13 on Oct 8, 2020

I got this for my sugar gliders to use, and it's finally a silo that fits their cage (Double critter nation) so that's a plus. The only thing is that that white plastic clip that holds the bottle isn't very strong and the bottle slips right out. I used a hair high to secure it for an easy fix, but still wish it worked properly.

    Water bottles great.

By Carolyn on Dec 11, 2020

I bought these hoping the didn't leak. And great news they don't. Birds love them. No stools get in the water like in a regular dish.

    Faulty silo design

By Mlbrannan on Nov 27, 2020

This little water silo didn't work. Once water goes in the tank it's too heavy for the holder and slides out. There obviously is a design flaw
