Grobie’s Calming Coat

Best purchase ever. Our Lab would get so scared during a storm. She would shake uncontrollably, pant and pace. After putting the calming coat on I would say 80% of her anxiety is gone. She can actually rest during a storm now. Highly recommend if your pets has anxiety during storms.

The calming coat is amazing. I have two dogs that are afraid of thunder. I only bought one coat to see if it works. It not only calmed Rosie down but because she was calm my other dog was also calm. I would tell anyone to buy one of these for their dogs that is afraid.

I purchased this “Calming Jacket “ for my friends big Labrador cross, we live in Texas and the frequent thunderstorms would have this dog trying to dig a hole inside their master bedroom closet, and she would be shaking like a leaf. After wearing this jacket only one time she would actually be out of the closet, still a bit frightened but much better. Then the thunder started up in the middle of the night, her jacket was on a shelf in the headboard of the owners bed, this 70 pound Lab got on the bed got her jacket and dropped it on her owners face to wake her up to put it on her!!! IT WORKS Great, she wears it now and is back to being part of the family.
Thank You CHEWY.
It really works!!

I didn't have much hope for this since my dog won't wear a shirt or sweater. She seems to actually like wearing it. Tropical storm Alberto came here and with her Thunder jacket she did not pace and hassle all day and night. She shook a little bit, but this made a huge difference in her behavior. I'm amazed.
Medium was too small for my 30 lb dog

Great quality but too small-I think the sizing chart is off. I will send the medium back for a large.
Lucy is happier

My dog Lucy is very nervous and upset in the car. This jacket helps a little, which is a relief. We can take her on short trips with much less hysterics and we are all happier.

Unfortunately this did not help my senior dog. This did nothing to calm him down. The sizing was also incorrect--went by the size guide and had to size up because it was sized way too small (chewys was nice enough to send a larger size but unfortunately this purchase was a waste). Can't recommend.
Medium size fits 35 lb dog
on Apr 23, 2018
I purchased the size medium for my 35 lb terrier. It fits her well and is easy to put on. It is currently April, so I won't know how well it works for her needs until July when the fireworks in our area start going off. But I definitely have high hopes.
