Based on the size chart, our puppy was right at high end of a medium and low end of a large. My assumption was a snug fit for it to help, so I ordered a medium. Well...that was way too snug! Customer service was helpful in setting up an exchange and very friendly when doing it. Excited to receive the larger size as the material feels like great quality, little heavier than another name brand.
way to small

The large is more like a small. Will have to get another one now. Our coonhound freezes and she really needed a new one. Will have to wait for another one.
Calming Coat is SO cute and WORKS!!!

She loves it and it seems to be working. The real test will be our 3 day trip to our new home in NC.
Great product for my pup!

My mixed mutt has severe anxiety with storms and loud noises. She tends to hide under our bed or in the bathtub. When we put the calming coat on we were pretty skeptical of it working. She seemed less anxious and hung out with us instead of going to hide. I put it on her again tonight because of expected rain and the lightening already starting. Well, she fell asleep in my lap! This may not work for all dogs but I can definitely see a difference in her when we use it!

this was a great purchase. My dog just this year became afraid of thunder and I put this coat on and she calmed down. Great product
This absolutely works!

I wasn't sure this was going to work. If def see a difference in my dogs behavior. The sizing info was 'spot on'! I totally recommend it for anxiety!

does not calm my 10 year old rescue rat terrier. in fact, i think it makes him more excitable. the pink looks very cute on him though.

My dog looked like a burrito with it on. Her severe anxiety to weather change is bad. It didn't help change anything. I hope in the mist of the craziness, it soothes her like a blanket. She loves her blankie in her cage, so maybe it might feel a bit secure during her anxiousness. Her condition remains the same.
Sizing was off- but works as a slick base layer!

I don't think this works as well because the sizing was way off. I measured my dog before purchase of the product. While it does fit, I don't think it compresses enough to act like a comforting swaddle. We ended up using it as a base layer under her jacket when it gets really cold and she doesn't shiver as much when she wears it. As a comforting tool it doesn't really work. C'est la vie.
kind of works

I think my dogs stress level is way too high that this doesn’t really make a difference. Besides that, she is able to chew it off and get her self out of it. I’m not sure how, and I’ve poured Bitter spray all over it and it still doesn’t deter her. I guess this would be good for a dog who doesn’t have extremely high anxiety and one that doesn’t know how to cheat the system.
