I’ve been using this brand for almost 10 years and I’ve never been disappointed. The breeder of my Collies feeds this to her show dogs and recommended it to me. I’ve occasionally used another brand for a short period of time but I always return to Canidae. I have a puppy now and the “ all stages” is very convenient.

The last few bags are full of crumbs so we may be trying something else as much as I hate to change food...but would you want to constantly be eating the cereal at the bottom of the box? No!

We've used this food for both of our dogs (German Shepherd & Belgian Malinois) for a couple years. We initially picked this food because of the large quantity at an affordable price and the positive reviews. Our German Shepherd randomly started to have allergies this year (constant itching) so we tried changing the food and his itching has mostly stopped so we figured that he developed some type of sensitivity to this food. Our vet said this is not uncommon for the GSD breed so I don't really blame the quality of the food. Our Malinois is still on this food with no issues. I wanted to try a new food for my pups. I think this is fine? However, the stinkiest farts ever. I think it upsets their stomachs.

I have 3 dogs at different life stages..This is the first food I've tried that all 3 seem to really like

My bulldog does not really like it. Unless I add something on top. Also give him bad gas and farting.

First, the dogs love this food. I am assuming all the ingredients are wholesome and they are getting a good balanced diet. The one thing I don't like about it is the amount of powder/meal in the bag. I had to shake the tub each time I got food, after it was bout 50% gone, just so I could get kibble without the fuzz. It was only a pound or two, but I felt kind of ripped off.

My whoodle is pretty picky. She really enjoys this food and I think it is because it offers smaller pieces! Definitely recommend for picky eaters

The Canidae is GREAT! I have fed it to my dog for 10 years now, he is healthy and it has never caused skin or stomach problems.

Barkley eats it all up in the morning! He is a big dog but likes the smaller kibbles.
