My dogs do Not like
My dogs Always eat all their food. They are both leaving food, even with the special topping they get. It is mixed w prior food to transition-they are picking through it.
Switched from wellness
I switched from wellness to this & all 3 of my babies LOVE it. I have a tiny dog too & she needs small pcs. Wellness has big triangle pcs that awkward for her to eat. Canidae is just a few $ cheaper, but not much. I started then last night & no runny poo poos this morning. Very Nice ❤️ MY autoship delivery was a whole day early... I LOVE CHEWY

Our pups love this food. And its beyond helpful nit having to switch it up for the different breeds/sizes. All of our pups in rescue also love and their bellies react great to this.

I can serve this food to all of my dogs and they love it. Great service, arrived quickly.
Dissapointed
My dog has enjoyed Canidae canned food in the past and I bought this formula to transition off of a lower-quality lamb kibble. As a heads up, this is NOT WORTH IT. As soon as I started mixing in this bag, he began to not eat all of his food, which I first assumed was maybe just stress or an upset stomach. Once we fully transitioned he did not eat for three days unless I doused it in wet food and cheese. He lost weight and was literally spitting out the pieces, which he has NEVER done before (he will literally eat trash).
Puppy Diarrhea
Added 1/8th of this new food and it caused diarrhea, now I have a huge bag sitting uneaten.
Dogs like it
Switched to this when we got our new puppy. Our 3 y/o border collie is sensitive and was on proplan lamb and rice. When we got our new puppy they just wanted to eat each others food, which caused our boy to go from 48 to 55 lbs. I wanted a lamb based all life stages food I could feed both dogs. They love it. A lot of people complain about the 'powder' in the bags. I haven't noticed anything excessive and i add water to their food so they don't seem to notice and gobble it up.
skin issues
My dog got hot spots on her head (dermatitis). My other dog had continuously gotten rashes. After lots and lots of ruling out. It seems to be the food. Both dogs are labs. One review mentioned food is crumbles. It definitely has lots of crumbs.
Puppy-Adult All Stages Dog Food
I’ve been using this brand for my last 3 dogs! New puppy and senior dog all eat the same food!!! My dog loves his kibble. All 3 dogs, including puppy use the same food. No worries about changing food from puppy-adult-senior. Just change the amount you give them. I do auto ship and save money. Be sure to check auto ship reminders or you might get your delivery before you actually need it! I love CHEWY!
