    My cats love this food

By Jenn on Mar 7, 2021

I have four indoor cats ranging from senior age to 1 year old and they all love it and took right to it. A couple of them have very sensitive stomachs and it hasn't bothered them a bit. It was my first time buying it, and we're almost through a 10lb bag and it's been great.

    Unfortunately did not work

By Mama on Dec 30, 2020

I thought the freeze-dried coat could solve the main issue with dry food that is it fails in taste no matter how nutritious or expensive it is. Well, the answer is no. This one is perceived by pets like any other kibble and received with the same lack of enthusiasm and ate only if it is mixed with wet food or if it is the only edible thing available. The coat makes no difference on it, so I don't think it worth the extra price.

    Sounded good but no

By Pokemomala on Feb 7, 2021

I have 4 cats and all 4 cats refuse to eat this. They leave it in their dish and cry for food. I have never had this happen with them. I like to try different quality foods for them and they always inhale their food.

    Wild at heart...indoors

By MonicaB on Dec 4, 2020

I have six indoor cats ranging in age from 14 years old to 2 years young and everywhere in between. Finding a high quality, clean food for indoor cats that they all love has been hard...and then I find this! ALL of them LOVE it and come running when I open the bag. Their skin and coats are more beautiful and much softer...I think there's even less shedding. They have all lost a pound or two and seem more active and happy. I have one cat who needs to be on a urinary formula but loves this food, so I just mix the two and everyone is happy and healthy.

    Finicky Felines

By Finished on Feb 5, 2021

I really wanted this to work, seemed like a healthy food from a good brand. My cats won’t touch it. And I have 5. Not a one.

    Cats not happy

By Bella on Nov 5, 2020

First my bag arrived torn and product in the bottom of the box. Usually my cats would have a field day. However for some reason my cats do not like this food. To be honest it’s nothing with the quality just super picky cats

    Disappointed

By Gravy on Nov 17, 2020

Unfortunately none of my 7 cats will eat this and 2 of them are feral. I'm going to donate the bag to my local Cat rescue

    Love this food

By Maddy on Nov 19, 2020

This is a great way to conveniently incorporate raw into my cats diet. Especially since he is a very picky eater.

    Teethmarks on bag

    By 20024catstaff on May 7, 2020

I read that raw freeze-dried cat food would help reduce cat throw-ups from the typical dry cat food. I earlier tried out a smaller bag of the Canidae Ancestral Diet on my two cats to see if this was true. Not only did one cat like it, she tried to bite open the bag before I could empty some into their plastic food bin. As of April 2, 2020, I have found less throw-ups throughout my house with freeze-dried cat food.
