I can relate to the previous bad reviews, but my situation has worsened. The cover gets dirty and stained easily, and it shrank significantly after the first wash. I'm now hesitant to wash it again in the future, even though I specifically wanted a bed that I could wash frequently. It's quite disheartening.

Doesn't look like the picture

This bed isn't as full as the picture. The cover is huge with slack. My dog ripped the cover. Can't find a replacement so now I have to purchase a new dog bed. Item purchased May 2022

So so cute!

I’ve only had this bed a few days, but I really like it so far, as does my pup! The personalization turned out great. The color is great, though it is a type of fabric that dog hair loves to stick to and my dog’s white hairs are super visible all over it already. It doesn’t come assembled, but it took me all of 7 minutes to put together. The bolster part is a separate piece from the flat sleeping surface part, so I feel like it will hold its shape better than some of the other bolster beds we’ve used before. I will say the fabric is not waterproof, and while the outer cover is washable, I can definitely see it being a problem if liquids soak through the outer layer, through to the inner layer that surrounds the fluffy filling that is not washable or waterproof. Also it’s worth noting that the piping is not bright white, it’s a darker cream color. Overall, for the price, I feel it’s a good bed and it’s cute!

Don't buy this bed!

This bed arrived unassembled, though the description didn't say so. Sounds like no big deal, right? Took me 30 minutes to stuff the bolster into it--no small effort--and then, realizing I hadn't stuffed the first end in deep enough, had to take it apart and start all over. It was very difficult. Furthermore, the base of the bed is not firm--like a cheap down pillow. And the embroidery of my dog's name wasn't even. I realized I could NEVER take the cover off to wash it and replace it. Just don't buy this bed. I will think twice before buying anything from this manufacturer again. If I could rate it with NO stars, I would.
