    Amazing healthy food!

    By Sjw1 on Jan 27, 2019

I’ve been adopting older dogs for 20 years. I’ve used other top brands. I have two dogs right now, dogs number 11 and 12. I was remembering a food I used to use. Castor and Pollux. I got the chicken stew and it’s amazing it has actual thighs in it with a bone in it, so they share the bone, it’s stewed to a soft bone. It isn’t a diet food but has less fat than the other top foods. Believe me it really is a great food. No weird ingredients

    No anymore.

By Beth on Jan 25, 2019

My dog used to love this, but the recipe has changed. The juice is now red and it smells weird. I tried feeding it to my dog 3 different times over a month or so and it made her vomit each time.

    Dogs LOVE!

By Mistygab on Feb 7, 2019

My dogs LOVE this variety of food. And I have some fussy ones. I’m very careful what I feed my pets. Castor & Pollux is one of my favorite brands.

    A Great Dog Food!!!!

By SophiesMom on Jan 18, 2019

My 6 year old Boxer has serious digestive issues. This is one of the few foods he can eat without getting sick. Please never stop selling this food ❤

    Horrible smell

By Chihuahualover on Mar 3, 2018

I bought this food for years and suddenly the product changed. The product is not consistant. It smelled rancid and I had to throw away several cases. I switched over to a different brand because every time that I ordered it, I got cans from the same batch. This food is way too expensive to have to throw away! It was very disappointing because my dogs liked this food. I couldn’t take the chance of feeding it to them. It smelled like it was rotten. This was not Chewys fault at all. It is the Castor and Pollux company that is at fault. This is supposed to be a very highly rated dog food. I expect more consistency and should not have to worry that the food will make my dogs sick!

    Sparky's Favorite!

By Ultramix on Jan 10, 2018

My dog loves this food. We mix it with his dry grain free food and it adds moisture and chunks of chicken. Best of all it is grain free. It actually looks edible for humans. My dog can be a very fussy eater and he absolutely will never refuse this meal.

    Great stuff

By Ralphiesmom on Jan 4, 2018

My dog loves this and apparently a lot of other dogs do too as I have a hard time finding it in the grocery stores. That's why I'm ordering it on line. I mix it with some kibble and he never leaves any in his bowl.
