I tried this due to description and price. I was hoping I could get less expensive brand for my fussy boys. They will only eat if I add some table foods and make them eat later than normal. Will go back to my old ( more expensive ) brand!

Great Canned Food!
By margo18 on Jun 16, 2019
I have two small breed dogs that both love this food! I mix a little into their dry kibble for an extra delicious treat! I feel good feeding them Castor & Pollux brand of food because it's made with organic ingredients and thoughtfully composed nutrients for my dogs. The chicken isn't shredded like the print on the can states, but I like that the chicken pieces are a small, softly formed chunk because it breaks up into pieces easily and it mixes into kibble perfectly!

dissatisfied

I was very disappointed with this product. I expected to see shredded chicken in the can but there is only cubed dog food in gravy. Very misleading!!! They need to change the label and picture

Not Impressed
By Tracey on Jan 21, 2019
I have been trying various Organix wet dog food products over the past 6 months or so and this one I will not get again. My 16 yr old Chihuahua/Terrier mix needs soft food and some of these have pretty big chunks. I tried this one because I thought it would be "shredded" as the label stated. No, it was chunks. A bit misleading considering other brands that have a shredded option truly have it shredded. I also had 2 bad cans where one was completely liquid, no solid food in it what so ever and the other just a few chunks. I threw those them out as they were useless. Disappointed for the cost of this product.

My 3 Dogs love this Organic Food
By Shar on Oct 8, 2018
I have 3 Dalmatians and they love this food as I use it to mix in with their dry food. All 3 eat it right up.

Not so much.
By Carol on Sep 22, 2018
The pups didn't care for this flavor. They prefer the lamb stew, and they also like the one with whole pieces of chicken wings in it with the bones that you can crush with your fingers. This one is a waste.

This is another can that this brand has changed the recipe on use to be great, but now mostly water not worth it anymore. Will not buy again!

My Golden Loves This
By ScottishLass on Apr 23, 2018
I mix a few tsps. into my dog's Organic kibble once a day and she gobbles it up. A lot of people have commented that it's not shredded and it is, instead, what I would call cubes of chicken in a broth/gravy. However, it is organic and the label of ingredients seem to be safe. I do mix it up occasionally and give her some of the Organic canned chicken wing blend and she loves that, too. Just a note that some may find helpful --- with the wing blend I always mash up the bones, which are quite soft and probably easily digested in their whole state. However, I am super cautious with my dog, so I make sure the bones are pulverized.
