can you put in water bowl??

Water can be added to this ice pack and put in the freezer.
How long will this keep wet food fresh?

The ice pack needs to be placed in the freezer before using. The ice pack does not stay continuously cold and will eventually thaw. Ambient room temperature and other factors will also affect how long the ice pack remains cold.
Are these also compatible with the C500 feeder?

Right Part

The ice packs arrived very quickly. They arrived as expected. We had to get more because we realized we needed some extra ones if our pet sitter was going to come once a day to refill it.

Love this feeder!

Reliable, simple to operate, and it works for wet food. It is important to follow the clear concise instructions that accompany the feeder. We have a varied work schedule and our cat loves getting his meals at the same time every day. Once in a while the only road to our mountain town closes for hours or overnight, due to mudslides or blizzards. No need to worry that our little fellow might be hungry and stressed when we finally arrive home. Quite the opposite- he's happy and content.

Love the auto feeders

The Cat Mate auto feeder is wonderful. I got the extra ice packs so I can always have a fresh ice pack for the next day. I'm able to put out just enough food for one feeding. If my cats eat too much at one time it makes them sick. Feeding a smaller amount and keeping the next feeding cold works much better.
