Rated 4 out of 5 by Bansby My cats won't eat this
Despite the fact that "sardines" sounded good to me, my cats took one sniff and walked away. I'm sure other cats would like it, so I'm donating the remaining cans to the shelter.

My cats enjoy the Avoderm tuna with crab meat entree in gravy, so I offered this variety as well. Almost all ate it, which is no small achievement with spoiled cats lol! Only one girl didn't relish it, but she doesn't like fish varieties anyway. (The go-to for finicky cats is still the tuna and crab entree cans).

Rated 5 out of 5 by emmyjay avoderm cat food is wonderful
One of our kitties is pre-diabetic, so we took them off dry food and went to grain free. We have a small pet store and we bought about 20 cans of different foods. Some appear to be packed in water, others were so gross that we returned all of that brand to the store. Most of the food was not suitable.
Avoderm was just top of the list and in one month the sugar dropped way below the cut off for pre-diabetic. We still have dry food out, but they gobble up the Avoderm shrimp and crab every day. We have found nothing as welcoming to our cats. We sometimes have to chop up the meat and other than putting it on a plate, we are assured that the health of our cats is good.
Chewy just sends the food to us and is more than half price from our local store, where I continue to shop, but not for Avoderm.

Chunks of whole fish, shrimp & crab. Only caveat is when you serve it up, you need to pick through it and check for fish bones.

We found if Ayah ate too much of this her tummy would have an adverse affect. But if all she has is this small can every few days or so, she's fine. And she loves it. There's a lot of gravy and good bits and pieces seafood. The shrimp is most noticeable.
If your cat has a sensitive stomach to foods, especially foods with a thick gravy, you may want to avoid this though.
