Great bowl. The rubber isn't so thick my dog believes it a chew toy.

This is a great bowl that the cats cannot move all around the room. Being metal, it does not absorb germs like plastic and even ceramic dishes can do; and it washes easily. I just wish it came in a smaller "saucer-like" size that cats prefer.

This bowl is quite light in weight so the non-skid bottom does not grip. Very disappointing

Needed a replacement bowl for the feeder I have that's lifted. This bowl is better quality and fits in great!
I will be getting another one for his food as well; but I wanted to make sure this would fit before I ordered two.

I have used this for about a month. The quality is good. Could be a bit thicker, but good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nell1976 OK - not great
The bottom is good, but still slides around on my oak wood floor.... (kind of hoping it would not) I had an old stainless steel bowl I was replacing and this new one is so very thin, (I wasn't sure it was stainless steel at first.) Going to continue to use it and keep looking for a bowl with a little more substance and weight next time. Disappointed.

We bought the 8 and 12 cup bowls, and while they are great in their practicality, the smell of the rubber on the bottom was quite strong. Hoping that will alleviate in time. Also, I noted all the reviews cautioning that the label/sticker placed in the middle of the bowl made the adhesive substance impossible to remove - VERY TRUE. It looked like double-sided tape, and was horrible. Finally removed all traces of the adhesive by using a bit of Baking Soda and a spray of isopropyl alcohol (we keep IPA in a spray bottle as opposed to using Raid brand or other toxic insect sprays). Using my fingertips, the grittiness of the baking soda dislodged the glue. Rinsed off well, and put to use right away. I appreciate the depth of the bowls. Can't speak to its durability as we've only begun to use it, and keep it stationary & elevated (placed atop a towel) for our retriever mix. I wanted to post this to share our removal method for the sticky label. Hope this is helpful to someone!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Stephanie NOT Heavy duty or Slip Resistant.
I was disappointed. I put it down on the kitchen floor & it didn't even try to "grip" as to not slide. The rubber portion is just too small/thin to be effective. I didn't even bother removing the sticker. It stands no chance with my dogs to not tip over so we haven't wasted our time trying to use it only to clean up a mess.
The previous stainless steel slip resistant bowls we've bought have thick rubber wrapping the whole bottom & about 1/3 of the way up the bowl on the side. You couldn't push or slide those bowls an inch if you wanted to, let alone tip them over (even with an overzealous canine tongue while eating or slurping up water). Perhaps they've spoiled me (& they cost more) but I've learned my lesson trying to get a deal & convenience so I headed to the store & bought another one of those. Unfortunately Chewy.com doesn't sell those or I would have gotten it through them (& I'm sure it would have even been at a better price through this site).
