Rated 1 out of 5 by Sallyinvero Don't buy this carrier unless you like flushing your hard earned money down the drain
I bought this for airline travel. I was picking up a puppy out of state. She met the weight specs of the carrier and the length and height. I was really worried about but after reading a review of a Great Dane pup fitting perfectly, I figured, okay. I've got to get something. A COMPLETE waste of money. She didn't fit. Even lying down, her fur was coming through the netting on top. It was so flimsy and horribly made that the bottom almost immediately caved in and there was No support. She actually flipped over sideways more Than once. I finally gave up on it and put my bag and purse in the carrier and carried the puppy (and the carrier) thru the airport. Horrible horrible experience. For me and he dog. I would HIGHLY recommend chewy.com stop carrying this. Unless potential buyers know absolutely this carrier would only work for a kitten. As soon as I got home, it went in the trash. Complete waste of money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by GomaTheCairn Needs work but good concept
I was excited when I got this bag because of all of the features such as seat belt loops, 4 spinning wheels, and clips on the zippers for dogs that like to try to escape.
I don't like the plastic hooks on the shoulder strap because they don't feel sturdy. The should strap doubles into a strap for pulling the bag so it's annoying if you want to switch (metal hooks would have come in handy) - the length of the strap is a bit short if you're tall.
The description says for dogs upto 22lbs, you should be able to fit a medium sized dog comfortably in here (like a cocker spaniel) but my 12lb dogs weight made the wheels bend and I've only used the rolling option twice and for only a few minutes (maybe 20 min in total) and 3 of the wheels bent at the metal part that locks the wheel to the bag. The wheels are plastic so they get pretty beat up quickly - I live in NYC so you can see the concrete taking its toll on the wheels already.

light weight is the only good thing. The frame keeps going flat. Used once and the next time the zippers on the large entry were both broke. I got one time use out of the carrier.

Rated 3 out of 5 by BINKY No rigid handle. Does not retain shape.
From the pictures of the carrier I assumed that it had a rigid handle to pull it along with but that is no the case. The handle is cloth. As well, the carrier does not retain its shape. I have to stuff it with something a couple days before I use it to make sure it comfortable for my cat to fit into. It wants to retain its collapsed shape.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LisaS Really Nice Quality
This carrier is really nice for our 12 pound kitty. We will need to find one big enough for our 18 pounder though, as this one is not big enough. The great thing is the wheels!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Carolyn76 Good product.
This is a well-built carrier, but did not work for my dog. She is very long, so the carrier I ordered was not large enough. When I tried to pull her in the carrier, it kept turning over when she moved around. I believe it would be very good for a smaller dog than mine. Great customer service response when I called to get authorization to return it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Sofie Well made, but much smaller than I thought.
My cat only weighs 12 lbs. when I put him in it, he can't move around, can't turn around or stand. I would only use this for a very small cat.
