  • Kittens favorite food

The three varieties of BFF Tuna and Chicken are my three boys' favorite wet foods. I first tried the pouch, which they loved the consistency and texture of the food, but I needed to cut up the pieces as they were too big/clumped together. I also wasn't thrilled with the wastefulness of not being able to recycle the pouch. I then tried the blue can, aspic version, which also needed to be cut up and have water added. I think this version is the best, overall. I am still adding a little water, but I do not need to cut up the fish or bits of chicken, and the boys clean off most of the plate. They would be thrilled if they could have their "stinky fish" at every meal!

  • BFF Tuna & Chicken recipe

At this time none of my 3 cats were delighted with this food. Maybe it's the heat. It has been intensely hot here recently. I was disappointed. As I'm sure they are when I serve it to them. We still have a few cans left, which hopefully they will eat if I just give it to them once in a while. I really can't recommend it since my boys are happy with it at this time.

  • Great for picky cats. Quality food.

    By on

This is a high quality nutritious and palatable food for picky cats if you are looking to avoid feeding the poor quality foods with fillers out there. High in moisture and good protein. My cats yell at my for this.

  • My kitten loves this food

Raisin my 1 year old kitten loves this food. It's a little stinky but she seems to enjoy it. It's a good brand and not as expensive so I can afford it for her. I add some water to it so it's more broth for her and she likes licking it up.

  • Picky go to

When they start getting picky, this flavor is my go to along with the pumpkin flavor . Always good to have a back up plan .

  • Tuna with Chicken Shredded in Aspic

    By on

I have no idea why aspic appeals to cats, but their palate is more refined than mine. My clowder devours this - virtually no leftovers. The 10 oz. can is odd sized but I get about three servings from it. Somewhat leary about fish from Thailand but now I think it's bad press. Happy kitties turn into fat furry pillows napping after I serve them this.

  • Good quality but not my cats' favorite

    By on

This is good quality food. It smells and looks more like tuna and chicken that I'd eat myself. However, my cats do not really like the tuna. One of my cats is picky and the other is not, but they both walk away from this food. They prefer the Weruva Cats in the Kitchen Chicken (which is more mushy instead of shreds) as well as the Chicken and Duck.

  • Two paws up.

My cats really like this food, it's mostly tuna with a little bit of chicken. The gravy recipes are on the wet side for canned food, which is a positive for me.

  • Cats love it

    By on

This is review for BFF tuna/chicken 4eva. I have 7 cats and all love this stuff! It is an odd color for being tuna and chicken, dark brown with maybe a tablespoon of shredded chicken on top. It is not pate but it's not chunky either. Regardless, it's the only food all 7 cats will gobble up!

  • My cat loves this food

My cat loves the food and it is definitely the best of quality. I just do not like the looks of it. But I will continue to give it to my cat. And her coat is as shiny as can be.
