  • Tuna with Chicken Shredded in Aspic

    By on

I have no idea why aspic appeals to cats, but their palate is more refined than mine. My clowder devours this - virtually no leftovers. The 10 oz. can is odd sized but I get about three servings from it. Somewhat leary about fish from Thailand but now I think it's bad press. Happy kitties turn into fat furry pillows napping after I serve them this.

This is review for BFF tuna/chicken 4eva. I have 7 cats and all love this stuff! It is an odd color for being tuna and chicken, dark brown with maybe a tablespoon of shredded chicken on top. It is not pate but it's not chunky either. Regardless, it's the only food all 7 cats will gobble up!

  • Two paws up.

My cats really like this food, it's mostly tuna with a little bit of chicken. The gravy recipes are on the wet side for canned food, which is a positive for me.

  • Good quality but not my cats' favorite

    By on

This is good quality food. It smells and looks more like tuna and chicken that I'd eat myself. However, my cats do not really like the tuna. One of my cats is picky and the other is not, but they both walk away from this food. They prefer the Weruva Cats in the Kitchen Chicken (which is more mushy instead of shreds) as well as the Chicken and Duck.

  • My cat loves this food

My cat loves the food and it is definitely the best of quality. I just do not like the looks of it. But I will continue to give it to my cat. And her coat is as shiny as can be.

  • Great food, cost effective size

Happy to find BFF cat food (grain free and BPA free) in a more economical size than the 3 oz pouches. Cats love it!

  • Not patė but they like it!

Usually my picky kids will lick the gravy off and leave the chunks, but not with BFF 4Eva. Maybe the chunks are REAL meat ;)

  • good choice for gravy loving cats

    By on

all my cats including 6 at one house and 3 at mine seem to like this..first time trying it and they all are eating it. I have one that wont eat without gravy..this is very very soft. not a lot to chew in there so its good for cats with teeth issues as I have one of those lol. I want to try a different flavor and see how they like it but so far this is pretty good.

My cats are on the picker side, and will quickly tire of many of the canned foods I've tried. The exception to this has been the Weruva brand, which they have historically loved. We started with the Regular Weruva cans, which were great, but expensive. We switched to the Cats In The Kitchen cans, all of which they love. We had to tighten up the budget a little, so we tried these B.F.F. cans, but got mixed results. This is one of 2 varieties "in gravy" that were rejected, where the only one they accepted was the variety "in aspic" which is a different consistency as it's more of a gelled consistency. I will NOT be purchasing this variety again, as they rejected it, but I'll probably try My cats are on the picker side, and will quickly tire of many of the canned foods I've tried.
