  • My Lambies Luv it....

These packets are really convenient when you are running late in the morning before work. And... they have the great ingredients Weruva is known for. My cats do so well on Weruva- all of the different brands, BFF, Cats in the Kitchen, TruLuxe...Shiny coats, bright eyes, no allergies, happy bellies. I find it to be one of the best grain-free, low ash foods for cats.

  • This is a Staple At My House

    By on

I have 5 cats, and this is one of 2 brand and flavor that all 5 cats are willing to eat (enthusiastically). As any cat owners will agree, cat food reviews are pretty worthless because cats are finicky by nature and are so individualized in their food preference that no one food will be a hit with everybody. But this one flavor and packaging has consistently been eaten at my house. I have actually spoken with a rep from the company (Weruva), in regards to pouch vs. canned. The pouch food has a smoother consistency vs the canned, and seems to be more agreeable with my cats. The rep stated it's in the canning and heating process that changes the consistency. So even the same flavor will taste different I have 5 cats, and this is one of 2 brand and flavor that all 5 cats are willing to eat (enthusiastically). So if you want something gravy-like, but still substantial, this is it. All the other flavor in BFF pouch seems to be runnier and have less meat, per se. … more

  • Wow!

    By on Top 50 Contributor

So I purchased one pouch to try locally as I didn't want to buy a whole case in case the cats hated it. This surprised me! My senior cat who can only eat wet food left the bowl spotless (which rarely happens). Will definitely add this to our rotation. I am a bit skeptical about it being made in Thailand (might do more research on this). Also, minus a star for the packaging. I hate pouches, I feel you loose so much product plus it seems wasteful as I can at least recycle tin cans.

  • I don't like the pouches, hard to get food out, and messy

    By on

Love this product for my cat, she has a sensitive stomach, even the food I got from the vet did not sit well with her. I found this and she loves it. she does not vomit anymore. She has put on some weight finally. Awesome cat food. Sincerely yours Janice

  • Really good product

    By on

This product had a cat of mine that is 6 years old eating wet food when she had only eaten dry for years. She tries to get into pouch as soon as I get it out. Loves all the flavors, so glad you have product for my cat

  • Not "Feeder" friendly.

Hard to get out of pouch; There is more gravy than meat, so not very economical. Tried this because the flavor was not available in cans. Have used BFF canned products before and was satisfied.

  • my cat will eat when really hungry

    By on

My cat is fussy about what he eats. He won't eat canned, so I switched to treat food with gravy in a pouch. These are more costly, and not enough for a day even with dry to supplement, so I switched to BFF which I don't believe is a "treat," has double the food per pouch, and costs less than the previous brand. It does have a stronger scent and color. Kitty will eat it so far, and hoping he will continue.

  • Both Cats Devoured

    By on

I bought BFF in 2 flavors: The Tuna & Lamb (green packet) and the Tuna & Duck (pink packet). I was disappointed in the consistency---There's not a lot of solid chunks and most of the pouch is gravy. My two cats devoured it, though, and it was worth it to try and give them variety. The price per pouch (and thus the box of 12 pouches) is more expensive than the 5-6 oz cans (which comes in a case of 24): We need to serve 2 pouches each mealtime (as opposed to splitting a can). This, coupled with the gravy consistency, is the reason I'll be sticking to the 6 oz cans.

  • My cat loves lamb

There might be a couple of ingredients that aren't natural, but overall seems good, and my cat loves it.
