Rated 3 out of 5 by RNforCats Good food, but made my cat flatulent...
Im sure in a normal cat this would be a great food, and although its high quality, the added fiber turned my cat with inflammatory bowel disease into a flatulating mess.

My cats consumed this weight control product right out of the bag! I did not mix it with their other food perhaps because the 'other' food was a Blue Buffalo product they had no need for transition time. I tried another weight control food, they would not consume it.

This food is horrible compared to the non-weight control. I like blue buffalo, but you know it's bad when even the dog does not like eating it much less the cat. Buy regular food & feed less.

Our cat only eats this hard food. It's her favorite, but it's not cheap. With Chewy I saved a bundle and Charlotte is one happy cat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kittylady5 This is the best product I've ever used for my cats
I have two indoor and three outdoor cats, all five years or older and this food is without question the very best I've ever offered to these precious pets. Four of my kitties were brought to me by their wandering mother five years ago and when she left them I "adopted" them. The oldest kitty came with me when I moved from Mississippi. He was a large stray over there. I truly appreciate the quality of food that Blue Buffalo makes for these pets that I adore. Many thanks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bobs1 Caused my cats to vomit
I have two cats from the same litter. They look and act almost like twins. So if a food affects one, I expect it will affect both. I tried this Wilderness food for the quality, high protein, and lower fat content for weight control. It gave my cats silky fur and lots of energy. They are not picky eaters, but they went crazy for the taste. After finishing their food, they would sit there and lick out their bowl, then switch bowls and lick out their sibling's bowl. But this formula caused vomiting in both cats. They didn't vomit the food. They would vomit on empty stomachs. Just a yellow colored fluid. I switched food, and the vomiting stopped immediately. I then went back to this food and the vomiting resumed within a day. I've used other varieties of Blue Buffalo before, but not the Wilderness. Never had this vomiting problem. I am sure this food is fine, but you don't know in advance if your cat will be affected in the same way.
