Rated 2 out of 5 by Jen23 Not sturdy enough for large cats
I have 3 tall cats & the base of the scratcher is not sturdy to hold them it falls over all the time . The 2 ball toys were torn off in less than 1/2 hour. The height of the product is nice. Overall poorly designed

I got this scratching post for under $20. It was simple to assemble and immediately caught the attention of both cats (3 yr old and 4 month old). Both like to scratch it, sit upon it, and play with the toys attached to it. The carpeting on it already had a few runs in it when it arrived and it looks like it may wear out more quickly than my other scratching posts but this one is far more beloved by the cats. I would recommend positioning it near a wall or a piece of furniture as it is a bit wobbly when jumped on by a larger cat and I could easily imagine it falling over.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DeeBug They love this, but....
The cats love this perch. In fact, paws were swinging to be the sole owner of this perch. LOL!! However, it falls over quite frequently (even with my lightest cat) and the balls have already been torn off. Great fun for them, so I'm going to reattach the balls and figure out a way to make it more bottom heavy so it won't keep falling over.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Wolf55 Product is not sturdy enough for cats to perch on top
The product would be great if a metal poll ran all the way through the product to make it more sturdy for the cats to perch on top. Because of it not being sturdy it falls over when cats get on top. My cats loved the balls that hung down and the carpet and sisal for their claws. I do not recommend this product until this issue is resolved with the company.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Finnx4 Great for kittens.
This is a wonderful scratching post to add to your main cat condos especially for the price. It is best suited for kittens or young cats . It can be a little wobbly.
