My cats love this product - even the finicky ones. And, even better, it doesn't make them sick like others.

I ordered this based on the ingredients - my cats love fish and pumpkin. They don't care for poultry or beef, will eat carrots & potatoes, but HATE peas. So while I expect more ingredients than advertised - I know fillers and starches are needed to make dry food or treats - but this is touted as 3 kinds of fish with pumpkin, tomatoes and catnip. I figured probably potatoes, tapioca, something relatively tasteless, as a binding agent. I opened the bag, give 2 to my cat, she sniffed it and walked away. I looked at the bag more closely, and the 2nd ingredient, is peas. I never ever would have ordered it, and this is not a cheap food. Now it's been opened and even the humane society will not take it.

Of course it's always hard to judge cats' tastes, but even my piglet of a kitty who'll eat just about anything wouldn't try them. The bag says "Great aroma!" but my cats sniffed and walked away. If that's the reaction to the great aroma, then I can't imagine the taste is much more attractive - and of course, it's interesting that the selling point is the aroma and not the taste.
I gave it 3 stars because the ingredients are good (though not grain-free).

Rated 3 out of 5 by RoccoBooDiesel Small sized treat for my plus size kitty
Cat loves that she can have more than one
I do not like the smell of these, like bad sushi or something but the cat seems to like them. I havent noticed a change in her breath with the fishy odor. I will get more since they are small and my cat qualifies for being on the plus size of fluffy.

Halo gets credit for making a healthy treat with healthy ingredients. My cat didn't care for it at all, but he did eat it if it was mixed in with wet food. Just because my fella didn't care for it doesn't mean that your cat won't like it, especially if your cat likes crunchy treats.
