I have two cats, one that is a garbage can (eats everything), and one that's, well, "more selective." I had him on a more expensive grain free food after we discovered the list of sensitivities and dislikes:
Anything with roots or grows in the ground (his)
Cheese (ours- for the love of all things holy, DON'T feed our cat cheese)
Anything green (his)
Anything ground up or could resemble pate (his)
Anything cheaply made (ours- has the same effect as cheese)
Garden sauce (his- will starve himself over eating it)
Milk (his, can't be a normal cat)
So after the price for the bag of the more expensive cat food slipped above $40, we decided to try this food thinking salmon is good, and potato can be hidden. Garbage Can loves it, as does Picky Cat. He practically begs for his dry food in the morning.
Health wise, I see the same effects (nice coat, energy, playfulness, good healthy signs in the litter box, etc.) as I did with the other food, but for a lot less. Win/win in my book.
*Names changed to protect the innocent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DianaT Both cats like it!
I have two ragdoll cats. They have just turned one year old so we are switching them from the Hills kitten food to adult food. One cat has a corn allergy (makes her itchy). Both cats accepted this food right away. Two paws up!!

We have three cats, and they all love this food! They come running for this one unlike any other, except for possibly their daily wet food 'treat' in the morning. It's the worst if we run out, so thank you Chewy for keeping us in grain-free yummies!
All coats are shiny, weight is good, no litter box issues, and it must really taste good judging by the reactions when the food hits the bowl.

A good quality food that keeps my cats' weight down but they seem to like it and eat it without any problem of overeating.

My experience with Chewy has been nothing but the best. My only problem is my finicky cat!! He decides he loves something one day and a few days later turns his nose up at it. He is a very talkative guy so he really lets me know. I truly believe that cats are carnivores and don't belong eating grains so the Hills Grain free products are good. Just wish they would make the wet food in a pate since my Oliver hates chunks . But i persist with the dry and he does eat it as long as I also offer him his old dry food along side. Thank you Chewy.

Thor was adopted in May and changed his name to Oliver. Oliver LOVES his Grain Free Ideal Balance food. He gets mostly dry but some wet (about a small can a week). He doesn't seem hungry and has maintained a great weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Aim1113 Great Grain Free cat food!
We have two cats, they are sisters and are almost 2 years old. They of course do everything together and enjoy the same foods. They did like the Ideal Balance Salmon & Potato Grain Free Food alot. When they first caught a sniff of the unopened bag they went crazy and begged and pleaded for it to be opened as soon as possible and have been loving it ever since. Just a little crinkle of the bag brings them running!
They have been energetic, a little extra playful, and seem to be feeling wonderful while eating this "new to them" grain free food. Thank you Hills!

Rated 5 out of 5 by AshleySue Russell Brand is Obsessed
We got the shipment via UPS, and sure enough, as soon as it came in the house, Russell Brand new it was his! Oh, Russell Brand the Cat... not the actor. And never has Russell devoured any food so quickly - except the fresh, raw venison he gets on occasion - but this is a close second! Not only does he love it, but because the ingredients are so whole and real (have you looked at ingredients in other brands?!), Russell Brand is shiny and active, which makes me love it, too! For this price, we can actually afford to keep Russell Brand a vibrant, insane, wild kitty!
