  • It is working

This cat food was recommended by my cat's vet. My cat is a neutered male and was having infection problems. My vet said that sometimes occurs in neutered males and to put him on this food for the rest of his life. A little expensive but it works, my cat has stayed healthy ever since he started eating this. That was about 5 years ago. My other cat eats it too, so it is all I buy. Buying from Chewy saves me a few dollars from buying from the vet. Delivery is fast so it is a Win, Win for me.

  • A+

Having a cat with chronic UT issues has been tough. Had no idea about it until he had to be put into emergency surgery after having a blockage. Vet informed me its a chronic condition and he had to have this food from there on out. That surgery and his c/d diet has kept us in the clear for about 2 years now. Im glad its something that my cats seem to enjoy (i have 2 and feed it to the both of them) seeing as though one is very picky. We have had one incident since and that was within the first few weeks but since have been golden. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone based on my own experience.

  • My cat loves this food!!!!

    By on

When my cat had to have a bladder stone removed I was told she would have to be on prescription food the rest of her life. I wasn't sure she would like it and dreaded getting her to eat it. I was thrilled when she ate it all up! I love Chewy and the convenience of having the food delivered to my door! So happy when I found them.

  • Great for my cats!

My male cat, otter, had some urinary issues two years ago that almost cost him his life. My vet suggested feeding him this to be safe. We also have a female cat, miss priss, who is a finicky eater, but she likes this food too. Glad to have them on food that is healthy and not primarily fillers!

  • Seems to help where it is supposed to.

    By on

My cat was diagnosed with kidney and bladder stones, 5 or 6 years ago. The bladder stones were removed by surgery. We were told it was better to not cut into the kidney if we could get by with the Hills Prescription C/D diet food. So we switched her over. She likes the taste of both varieties and she has not been back for stone problems since. She is now 13 years old which I understand is quite good for her breed, as they tend to have many problems that cut short their lives.

  • Best in Chicken too. Love this product

    By on

My kitties love the ocean fish and chicken flavor they have been on this product since birth when one of them had urinary infection, this product is very good only if you feed them this, I have 2 other kitties who eat blue, and friskies so it makes it hard for them to stay afloat on food, finincky eatters.

  • My cats love it and it keeps them healthy

    By on

On occasion, my 2 male cats have been finicky. I now give them the canned and dry versions of this food, and they absolutely love it! No urinary issues since feeding this food. I hope Hills will continue to make this in the tuna flavor, as one of my 2 adopted boy cats is allergic to poultry and this is the *only* non-poultry Urinary Care food, whether OTC or RX, that I can find!
