  • Chewy is simply the best!

My cat suffers from struvite crystals. I had been mixing Royal Canin Urinary SO and Hills CD Stress. I was just trying to use up the Hills and switch to Royal Canin Urinary SO since it was a little cheaper. I don't know if it was the mixing, or the Urinary SO not working, but the crystals came back so I am forced to go back to the Hills CD stress since I KNOW that worked. I contacted Chewy and without question or hesitation the gave me a full refund for the Urinary SO! Chewy is simply the best price and customer service out there. I had tried to place an order through my vet for the Hill's formula since they had it at 30% off, I placed that order almost a week ago and it hasn't even shipped. • Good Product!

My 2 cats aren't crazy about the flavor, but it works. Now I combine it with Royal Canin Intense Hairball (needed, newly tried & they love it) so it ALL disappears. The Comfort Zone diffuser has been a blessing, by the way. I will get both the Hills above & R.C. from you next time. I really appreciate your product pricing and convenience of front-door delivery!!

  • This product saved my life!

    By on

My cat struggled with stress induced urinary problems. He would urinate outside of his litter box because of his stress and also develop UTI's. AfTer many vet visits my cat was put a strictly CD urinary care diet. This helped his uti's but he continued to urinate outside of his box. My veterinarian then switched the diet to this CD stress/urinary care hoping to ease the stress he was experiencing. Within ONE WEEK he was cured. No more mess! This product truly is the BEST

  • This is the best answer to FLUTD! Saves lives!

We rescue cats and always have some transitioning in or out, in addition to our own. In all the years we've been doing this we've had two males develop blockages, both of whom declined suddenly...within an hour... We rushed them to emergency care and were able to save them. Unfortunately the high quality food we had researched and were feeding them wasn't high quality enough...leading to these life-threatening situation. After the last one recovered, we made the change. This was the only one they would eat, and isn't overly expensive (thankfully). They wouldn't even touch the wet version. Now, not only are we crystal free, all of them (except one) NASA lost weight and are more active We rescue cats and always have some transitioning in or out, in addition to our own. • Food is legit!!

    By on

The food is perfect and exactly what I expected, but my only complaint is that the delivery box says Chewys name on it. I live in an apartment and am concerned about someone stealing it. Though I honestly have no complaints about this company at all besides the shipping box. Trust worthy company!!

  • Good food that works like a charm

    By on

We love this food for our cats. They tend to run a bit anxious and the stress relief formula does the trick. They eat it up and stay relaxed. We will not feed anything else! Love the auto ship option! It is such a relief for me to have it delivered and not have to trek into the veterinarian to get it! Thanks, Chewy! We love you!

  • Terrufuc service and great prices!

    By on

We've been ordering prescription cat food from Chewy, com for several years. It is so convenient with prompt service, quick delivery and great prices. The product is always well packaged, and shipping is free above a certain price. Why would we order from anywhere else?

This food saved our cat's life. He almost died from retaining urine. The food reversed that process and eraticated urinary crystals.

  • C/D

    By on

My boy had problems with UTI' s and my vet recommended C/D. He hasn't have any problems since. After a few years my vet decided to sell a different food that he didn't like. I had to ask my vet to "special order" it. I'm glad to see that Chewy carries it! I can order it along with other pet supplies I get from Chewy

  • Great product!

    By on

Our cat has battled with urinary issues for a while; mostly stressed induced urinary issues. Our vet recommended this food a few months back and we decided to bite the bullet and pay the higher price if it meant less trips to the vet. I can honestly say our cat has done a complete 180. His demeanor is so much more calm and he's become a very happy cat. Also, since we started the food in August, no trips to the vet (knock on wood). We have two cats and they both enjoy this food very much!
