Description

They can cause discomfort and lead to more serious problems that require the care of a veterinarian. Stress in the home has been shown to negatively impact bladder health as well. Hill's nutritionists and veterinarians developed Prescription Diet c/d Multicare, clinical nutrition specially formulated to support your cat's urinary health while also managing stress. • Picky cat loves it!

    By on

I have a very picky lynx point Siamese. 16 years old and spent a pretty penny on him recently for a pretty bad urinary tract infection. After almost two weeks on a liquid antibiotic he was still having issues, so my vet suggested vitamins, steroids, and this prescription cat food. He is feeling so much better! He absolutely loves this cat food. I'm just glad he's back to his normal self. Totally worth the money! My cat is my baby and I'm willing to do anything to make sure he is healthy. I will definitely be buying this again and again.

  • Expensive but the cats love it

    By on

My difficult cat has numerous issues. The hydrolyzed dry cat food wasn't working so the vet switched to this. With two cats who share everything they both eat this food. Ridiculously expensive, but difficult cat is doing better. Wish there was an option for larger cans because I am going through about 3-4 cans A DAY.

  • Both cats love it!

    By on

I was encouraged to change my male 2 year old's diet due to idiopathic uti. I was worried as both my cats are picky wet food eaters. They both love it! Too early to tell if it will truly help long term in preventing a recurrence of a uti in my boy. So far, so good. I give it 4 stars because of the cost and the fact that it is only available in the 2.9oz size. Wish they would make it in the 5.5oz size. Also, the process of needing a script from the vet is super simple and relatively hassle free.

My cat has been eating CD for 4 years. He likes the flavor and has not had a urinary problem since his food was switched! I'm a believer that this has really helped him!

  • Finicky cat

Chewy itself is an amazing company, but I cannot get any of my cats to eat this. This is the 2nd attempt at a urinary food for my special boy and I can't find anything he will eat.

  • Cats find it tasty

    By on

Finding tasty Rx food is hard to find as variety is limited. My cats love this flavor to add to the 3 other Rx foods and the dry Rx we found. Thanks for making the mealtime more enticing for them.

  • Cats Love It

My cats are doing well on this food. They are energetic and their fur is soft and shiny. The cat with the prescription has not had any urinary problems while on the c/d diet. I would give it 5 stars if it was more affordable.

  • It is helping my cat

    By on

Our vet recommended this food for our cat who has feline cystitis. So far I believe it is helping him. Over the past weeks he has improved. It takes time. We also are giving him distilled water because we have hard water. The price at Chewy is cheaper than the vet and it is delivered to my door.

  • Product arrived super fast!

My cat has chronic bladder issues and this food was recommended by his vet. I can get double the amount of cans from Chewy for the same amount of money I previously paid at the vet's office. It is the same exact food. I am thrilled!
