A healthy bladder starts with the right balance of vital nutrients. Excess minerals can encourage the formation of crystals in the urine, which may lead to the creation of bladder stones. They can cause discomfort and lead to more serious problems that require the care of a veterinarian. Stress in the home has been shown to negatively impact bladder health as well. Hill's nutritionists and veterinarians developed Prescription Diet c/d Multicare, clinical nutrition specially formulated to support your cat's urinary health while also managing stress. In fact, c/d Multicare is clinically tested nutrition to lower the recurrence of most common urinary signs by 89%. This irresistible food makes it easier for you to bond with your pet with gently cooked, bite-sized chunks of real chicken and natural ingredients with added vitamins and minerals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product. My cat loves it! My vet recommened the Hills diet for my cat. She loves it. Great service from Chewy. Quick deivery! I highly recommend the food and Chewy. July 26, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hill's C/D Prescription Diet Urinary Cat Food My 1 year old Male Tabby had to be treated in an Animal Hospital as his Urinary Track was blocked. The hospital recommended Hills C/D Prescription Diet Urinary Dry and Wet food when I took him home. He has not had any problems in 1 1/2 years and is a very happy little boy! Also, I also give my female cat the same food and she marks the area after she eats! (female cats are less likely to get blocked) but she loves the food as well. Recently, they are having something new, 'canned Vegetable, Tuna & Rice Stew' and 'Chicken & Vegetable Stew'. I also use the C/D Urinary Dry food. The food is a little bit more but after you have paid over $2,000 for your loved pet being operated on and 3 days in hospital, the cost of buying Hill's at an animal hospital is worth it. I have seen that PetValue is also selling this food. I recommend Hills C/D Prescription Diet food, just buy one can of the new wet food I mentioned above and see how your cats like it! Don't forget, We are responsible for what we feed our cats. -Martin B. February 24, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hesitant but now happy My male cat has struvite crystals and has to be on a prescription diet. Customer service made getting the prescription for the vet easier than I ever expected. My big little boy took right to the food and he is much better in just 2 weeks. July 14, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Our kitties are so much calmer and our scaredy cat is so much braver! We have a little boy with anxiety and a little girl who is petrified of humans, besides my husband and me. We feed both babies a half a can of food twice a day and our little guy has calmed down significantly, even sleeping through the night. We were also able to cut his Zylkene supplement (for anxiety) to half a capsule a day. Our little girl now comes out to greet new people and will let them touch her. We love this product and I did the math... We are spending less per month on quality food than the store bought junk food. Our kitties are happy and healthy and they beg for their food!! :) June 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by One cat loves it Except the cat with the urinary problems doesn't like it - but will eat the dry equivalent June 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good item Cats really enjoy the food, and no symptoms of urethral obstruction occurred since they eat it. June 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Chewy.com has vet-recommended prescription cat food for less! Dear Chewy.com, I so appreciate the convenience of being able to order the special needs cat food recommended by my vet online, and for a lower price than I would pay if I bought it at the vet clinic. Your shipping and delivery were speedy, and your communications about the status of my order were prompt and reassuring. I will continue to order my cat's food from Chewy.com as long as she needs it. Many thanks! May 6, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Hard to tell Despite being a chowhound, my cat does not like this variety of CD. I mixed it with his regular CD the first time I gave it to him; he ate the regular CD and left the Stress CD. I have tried serving it several times with the same result, so I will not be purchasing this food again. This is the only reason I did not recommend this product, and I feel badly giving it such a low rating. Still, I can't give a good review to something I can't use, so keep that in mind. Whether it helps reduce stress can't be determined in my cat's case since he won't eat it. BUT, in fairness, the fact that my cat doesn't like it does not mean other cats will not. It appears to be of good quality, so no complaints there. April 13, 2016
