  • Prescription Cat Food

I am so thankful that Chewy has our cats prescription food. the delivery service is so convenient. We almost lost one of our babies to a kidney obstruction in April. Now that we have transitioned all four of our kitties to Hills Science Diet CD wet and dry versions, they are all much healthier. It definitely has changed our budget but worth every penny. NOTE: Our dog "Chewy " crossed over to the Rainbow Bridge.

  • My order was lost, but Chewy made good

I ordered prescription dry food for my cat. I emailed a photo of the script and had an online chat with a rep. After about 1 month, my order did not arrive. I thought they might put it in with my auto ship, but they did not. I had another online chat with a rep who told me there was no record of the order. I cut and pasted my prior chat and she expedited the order and waived the shipping.

My 6 month old boy Gypsy had more crystals than his Dr. had ever seen in such a young kitten. He and his brother Evo eagerly await their breakfast and are both healthy and wicked happy.

  • Great for a cat with feline urinary blockage problems

    By on

I have had two cats who developed feline lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD) and both have done very well on this diet, prescribed by our veterinarian. Specifically both cats developed crystals in their urine and blockages that required emergency veterinary care. One of the cats lived to age 16 on this diet (he was on it exclusively from the time he was about 4 or 5 years old) and was always in good health otherwise. I have another cat now who has FLUTD. He is nearly 10 years old now, is in great health and has been on this diet exclusively for several years. He seems to love the food, even begs for it when he's hungry (he'll stick his head right into the container). • Life Saving food

    By on

My cat had been urinating outside of her litter box and I was told this is UTI and we spent thousands of dollars to treat my cat and it is still happening. Up until I changed my vet, my new vet is very experienced and he says to begin c/d food and ever since my cat has not urinating outside and loves her food. c/d has been saving my cat and our carpet, keeping everyone involved happy. c/d is a prescription food, so when we ran out of the first bag, Chewy was able to get me the refill in the same day and delivered my c/d cat food in 2 days. great service!

Two of our cats have urinary problems - our vet suggested Hill's C/D. We got rid of all the other dry food we had and replaced it with this. Everyone likes it - and it seems to have eliminated (keep your fingers crossed) urinary problems.

  • All my pets needs are met for less money and more convenience.

The prescription food for my cat came a day earlier than expected. His prescription food was so much cheaper than the vet's office as well as being able to have it auto shipped. Who likes to make an extra stop on their way home from work to the vet's office to pick up food? Chewy.com is sooooo much better & cheaper for the same product.

  • Great Service

I was recently at a animal emergency room where they suggested I purchase this type of catfood. They offered me a free sample to try and my cats loved it. I then had to go to my normal vet to get a prescription for this. I was very impressed when Chewy got a hold of me to tell me that I needed a prescription and could not send it until my vet ok'ed it. They got a hold of my vet because I had a few days before I could get in to see my vet to get the prescription. At first they said no but Chewy tried again and got the okay to send me this food. My vet did concur about the product and now my cats are eating this brand of catfood.
