My cat has intestinal lymphoma. The vet put him on a special diet for sensitive stomachs. I've given him Hill's Science Diet all his life and when I switched to this Hill's Prescription Diet d/d, he took to it right away. I also give him the d/d canned food. I recommend this product.

My cat has food allergies so the vet put her on this diet to see if it would help her vomiting. So far she has only thrown up 3 times in the last two weeks which is a great improvement from before. Not a fan of how it smells but being a duck based food I can't expect it to smell good. Hopefully Nala will continue to improve and do well on this food. Wish it was a little cheaper though.
A prescription food that Miguel really likes!

Chewy is a great company to order from. As Miguel's needs and likes change, Chewy makes it very easy to keep up with Miguel's changing appetite and medical
issues. He has liked all of his prescription foods from
Hills, can and dry food.

Both of my cats suffer with stomach issues, one with chronic diarrhea and the other with gastrointeritis. The doctor put them on this food which they both enjoy and it has put a dent in their issues! Yay!

I cannot recommend this food enough. The transformation in my cat has been absolutely incredible! My cat had been self-barbering for several years before a vet recommended this food. At that point it felt like she constantly had a buzz cut on her belly and front legs, and would often lick until she developed sores on her skin. So we got the food, and while my cat hated the wet food, she was actually willing to eat the dry. There was no change for a while and I even began to grow skeptical, but then I realized something. For the first time in years she started regularly sitting with me on the couch, she wanted to play much more frequently, and she was just noticeably happier; it was almost like having a new cat! Then I realized I couldn't remember the last time I caught her self-barbering. Sure enough, slowly but surely all of her fur has grown back and she doesn't compulsively lick anymore. Seriously, this food is amazing!… more

Both cats like

Only one of my cats needs to be on an elimination diet, but that means both cats needs to be eating this food. They do! The cat who needs it is an incredibly picky eater; he'll starve before he eats food he doesn't like. And he likes this stuff, thank goodness. The other is less picky, but she'll eat the dry food happily (not the wet, go figure). It's making this experiment easy, and the money spent on food quite worthwhile. Only downside is that the dry food smells pretty bad.
Adopted cat food allergies

We adopted a cat from our local shelter only to find out he had diarrhea and skin issues after bringing him home. His skin was so irritated, he started going bald in several places and was constantly grooming. After several tests and treatments that didn't work, our vet finally suggested trying a novel protein diet. Within a week of starting this food our cat's diarrhea, which was constant for two months, cleared up and his fur stared growing back. It is expensive food, but cheaper than going to the vet every few weeks. So thankful we tried this product.

My 10 month old kitten has had digestive problems, food sensitivities, and food allergies his whole life. It had gotten so bad that he developed fecal incontinence. It was horrible. We were back and forth to the vet constantly. After doing a lot of research and talking to our vet, we decided to try Hills d/d duck and pea formula and within 4 days he had completely stopped defecating all over the house. He sleeps less and plays more and has become very affectionate. He even flips over to get his belly rubbed. He NEVER let you touch his belly before. This is the first food (tried 8 others) that he has not only been able to tolerate, but thrive on. Great product!
