  • Cats just not interested, size to big.

    By on

I personally thought it was a great idea but, my kitties thought differently. Lol. They are not in the least bit interested in this. Even with their favorite treats. Cats are just to picky for gimmicks like this. I think one of the reasons they don't like it is because of how big it is to them. If it was smaller then maybe they wouldn't be intimidated by the size. Its as big as my kitties are. (Imagine a cat playing with a ball the same size of them.)

  • Too Big and Heavy

    By on

As others have written, my cats have absolutely no interest in this toy. I think its because its too big and heavy. Its massive for cats; overly massive. The weight distribution is off. When they...when I bat it around it moves over and then clunks right back to upright. I continual rocking of it would make it better. I removed the fuzzy thing in hopes of them playing with that part. They turned their tails at that, too.

  • Fun toy!

    By on

So our fat cat won't let the others anywhere near this. He's not the smartest of the group, but he's VERY food-motivated and quickly figured out how to dispense dry food from this toy! We're happy that he can have the food/treats he loves while burning a little energy. It's well made and we will definitely be using this for a long time. ~^..^~ ~^..^~ ~^..^~

  • Too big, too difficult for cats

    By on

My kitties did not have the ability to topple and release the treats. They are older and I thought this would slow down my fast eater and engage my other cat. I worked with them for a few days and gave up.

  • Toejam the Cat Approves!

    By on Top 250 Contributor

My vet hates this and told me to get rid of it as it is an obstruction hazard... That said my cat doesn't eat the toy, though he does mouth on the tail and he LOVES this thing. He pulls this out of the toy box instead of anything else (even over the catnip kickers!) and will spend hours just playing with the tail, even if there isn't any food in it! Food added is just a bonus really.

  • Amazing product

    By on

At first my cat was not interested in the item but after showing her how to use it she is now non stop playing with it. I use it for her dinner time feeding. During the day while at work I make sure it's filled with some food to give her something to do while I'm away. I recommend this product for people who have cats that eat fast or get bored easily.

  • Good challenge for a cat to figure out

    By on

It took a while for my cat to figure out how to get the food out of this thing. It's not as easy for him as the ball with the multiple holes is. But now that he's got it figured out, it is a good toy to give him treats with. He is a food-hound, so I like having things that make him work for his food a little.

  • Cats aren't interested

    By on

My two four-year-old kitties don't seem very interested in this treat dispenser. I haven't given up on it yet. May try a different treat.
