Frequently Asked Questions

I pulled the label out of my bowl and there seems to be some portions of the label left behind. How do I get it out?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We are aware of the issue and we have fixed it going forward. Here is the solution to removing the remaining portions of the label and any glue residue leftover. Place some rubbing alcohol in the bottom of the bowl and use a sponge to rub it in a circular motion. This will remove any remaining residue or paper from the label. After you do this please wash the bowl with warm water and soap prior to using it.

Warranty

Stainless Steel bowl has a lifetime guarantee against rust, chipping and cracks. Rubber ring is guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase.

  • Good dishes .. Great prices!

    By on

My dogs hate those dishes that force them to lick up their food (separations in the bowl) .. one of them won't even eat if I use that dish .. so I has to get a regular dish. These have rubber bumpers so the dish doesn't slide around on the floor and are clean stainless steel .. not porous plastic. Just the right dishes for my 3 doggies. Love them!

  • nice bowls

I bought these because my dog's nose is scaly and I read that plastic bowls may be the cause. Only used for a few days so not sure if they will help his nose get better. Also bought Burts Bees "Paw and Nose Lotion" for dogs. I originally ordered smaller bowls by accident. Customer service was able to change the order as I called very soon, Thanks!

  • Great bowl but.....

    By on

Very good fairly thin metal bowls with removable rubber edges. My big issue is why the labels that are put on it have to be near-impossible to remove labels? Photo doesn't show it but each bowl has a "16 Oz" sticker label on it that has to be chiseled off as well as the pictured label. Why can't manufacturers and sellers use the type of adhesive that credit card companies use to affix their cards to paper?? Many items come with this new adhesive now. It just rolls off the item with very slight pressure from your fingers and leaves nothing to scrub/scrape off!

  • Love this but too small

    By on

I love this type of bowl, its good quality stainless and easy to use. Did not open it though. unfortunately the size is too small for my large breed. I need the next 1 or 2 size up. I hope I can get an exchange. Thanks Mona

  • Don't get hit with this bowl!

    By on

I ordered the 64oz and received a huge heavy duty bowl. It is great. Hopefully my dogs won't be able to spill it. It comes with a rubber ring on the edge to keep sliding to a minimum but anyone with a puppy or naughty chewer should remove it.

I have purchased several things from Chewy and I loved them all. And when I did have a problem, their customer service was amazing. Thanks chewy for being so darn good!

  • substantial

meets our needs. The material is strong enuf to allow cutting with a sharp knife for meat on the bottom of the dish. Only drawback of this product is the cosmetic black rubber band around the bottom edge. It's only function might have been to inhibit the dish from moving along the floor. But it loosens quickly and is awkward to put back in place. So we threw it out.

  • lightweight feeding bowls

These go through the dishwasher - just remove the rubber no slip edge. The large bowl is great for a water dish and I use the small for food. Good product.

  • Good bowl for my Pup

    By on

This is a good food bowl for any puppy. My little girl will out grow it soon since she is growing so fast. I'll purchase the larger one for sure.

  • COULD BE BETTER

    By on

I really wanted to give these a good rating; however, the rubber rings that go around the bottom to keep the bowl from moving, do not stay in place and then it takes forever to get it back on the metal rim of the bowl. The bowls themselves are great...exactly what I needed for the puppy.
