I'm pleased to now be giving this to my 2 senior cats. I chose to switch to Merrick for them as our dog eats the Merrick Limited Ingredient and does well.

I have 3 cats and none of them would eat this. They had been eating Blue but would walk away from this food

My cat likes the food but she is still unsure of it. I just switched her over recently so we will see if she still likes it this next week.

My 15 year old cat started struggling to poop and after looking for a senior food that was up to my standards and had what I was looking for. Merick was as close as I could find and worked well getting her system back on track.
I now mix it in with the other cats' food as 3 are now 9 years old and want to try and stay ahead of the aging process.

Unfortunately, I bought 3 bags for my 3 elderly cats and it looks like they will last forever because my cats won't touch it.

My cat has irritable bowel disease. After awhile, he turned his nose up at his Royal Canin prescription food. After trying everything else in the house, I found this in my closet. A friend had given it me to drop at the local shelter. Tried it on Mr. Picky and he ate it!
I would give it five stars except that it is very "dusty". When you get to the bottom on the bag, there is a lot of dust the cat won't eat. It sticks to the bottom of the bowl. Just be careful to sift it out when the supply gets low.
Cat's IBD seems to be under control using this food.
