Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 69 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by It's okay I had gotten a sample packet (several packets) at the pet store, and my 3 fussy boys LOVED this.....so I get the bag to supplement with the Royal Canin which is their main dry food....and now, they say "eh" ....they are not eating it with gusto as they did the samples. I have no idea why.....oh well, it's a "cat thing" I guess :) The food itself is nice round morsels, with no offensive smell to it.....but I noticed it did seem to get rather "dried out" in the bowl after a day.....it got more "dessicated" looking, not sure why. I did have high hopes that they'd have a favorite alternative, but no luck. September 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cat's Love it!!! My beautiful Maine Coon "Samantha" enjoys eating Natural Balance especially the Chicken flavor......... September 9, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Sick Kitty My roommates' cat had been battling with allergies for quite some time. She had a growing bald patch at the base of her tail, scabs around her mouth, vomit, weight loss and a complete disinterest in being touched. She had gone to the vet twice a year for a steroid injection but we really wanted to get to the bottom of her problem. We did an at home allergy test and found out that she was allergic to fish. We tried Hill's ZD but it had a few of the ingredients that didn't sit well with her (soy) and the other hypoallergenic foods had fish oil in them. When I stumbled on Natural Balance we were really hoping it would help. Since being on this recipe she has grown all her fur back, no more scabs, no more vomit and she has gained all her weight back. In fact we are going to have to start setting meal times as they both have gotten a little hefty. She actually came up to me and pawed me this morning begging for attention, a far cry from how she used to be. These kitties have finally found a food they can stay on. March 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by All 3 of my kitties love this product. I have 3 rescue kitties, two of which have special dietary needs. My vet approves of all three eating Natural Balance L.I.D. The best part is that they all love this dry food and anxiously await their food bowls at dinner time. August 18, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product is gentle on my cat's stomach. My cats love Science Diet's seared tuna w/rice & veggies and the roasted chicken w/rice. They won't eat anything else. August 16, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Natural ingredients We purchased this product because it has natural ingredients. It doesn't have all the by-products in it. July 24, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by I was most pleased with both the price and the fast shipment of my cats' food. Natural Balance is my favorite for my cat Sam and he loves it. Reasonable price and fast shipping are also reasons I choose this brand. July 15, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Can't count the rejections It would take too long to say as much as I'd like. The rejections kind of floored me. I bought small bags of 3 different brands to find a healthier meal for 3 indoor cat (1 for all 3). My spoiled fat cat wouldn't try it, my sensitive tummy cat that's grown to prefer her prescription food wouldn't try it. They each liked/loved one of the others. I didn't try the third cat since it was pointless if the difficult ones wouldn't eat it. I thought I'd slowly pawn it off on my stray cat by adding it to her cheap yummy dry food. I thought she _might_ eat around it, but she avoided the bowl. Here's what made me HAVE to review it. I poured some in the cheap yummy stuff the raccoons & opossums get into & the next morning found the usual dirty water bowl the raccoons use to make their food edible (salivary issue or something). The Natural Balance pellets were in the bottom of the bowl. Relatively wild raccoons had eaten around this food. I'm throwing out the rest of the bag (something I have NEVER had to do with mooching wildlife around). It's just more clean up if I try to sneak it in other food. May 15, 2015
