Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 148 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by My cats health improved!! My cat had been vomiting for a month. After a week, I took to the vet and they said she had pancreatitis. Her enzymes were high. I switched her food for starters. Six weeks later, her enzymes went down and other abnormal blood work went from low or high to Normal! I have two cats and had to switch both. It took a couple of days for them to get used to it, but they love it and I can see a significant difference in my cat that was ill. If you try this, and your cat is finicky, try to stick it out. My vet was VERY impressed with the big change in her blood work. July 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Recommended, but with a bit of caveat I started trying this originally because I have been searching for something that could get one of my boy's diarrhea under control, I had bought some of the rabbit freeze-dried meal or mixer as a treat and to my surprise, it turned into kitty crack (at least that's what I call it). Even a friend's cat who has previously turning his nose up at treats ate it. So I was like - give it a shot. With mixed results. My two boys are overweight and one has previously only eaten fish very well. One had chronic diarrhea. Emphasis on had....... I bought a couple cans of this locally to try - being cautious of my fish-lover. To my surprise they both loved this. However, my boy who had diarrhea, has recently started vomiting. I am going to try the LID version of this and see whether that makes a difference. My boys get dry in the morning and wet at night. I have tried a large number of the high end cat foods and this has been the only one to completely stop my little boy's diarrhea- so I'm hopeful that I'll get the mix right at some point.... Rated 5 out of 5 by This quality canned food has been good for my cat with IBD The product has quality ingredients and good for your cat, however my cat did not like this flavor in the dry food. She does eat the wet version and other favors. I will try another flavor in dry food for her as she has IBD and the wet food has improved her health issues so far for the last 4 weeks. My cat is not found of the peas and carrots, so I take them out. July 25, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Cats don't hate it, but aren't wild about it either I added this to the food ration. Cats will eat it, but they need to be pretty hungry to do so. July 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Our cats' meow! Our two cats love this food and at ten years old are growing younger every day! We love to order from Chewy, too! What a great way to purchase your pets' every need! July 16, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by My cats love, love, love it! :) I was feeding my cats other cat food which caused health issues in my male cats. I then switched to the frozen rabbit from nature's variety. Two out of the three loved it and their health issues went away! But the third cat didn't eat it and the frozen was a bit expensive and I had to thaw it out the day before etc. Then I found they had the same rabbit in canned. I tried it and all my cats love, love, love it! I don't have to thaw it out, it's less expensive and all three like the canned version keeping them all happy and healthy! I think the they all liked it better because it's not cold from the frig and isn't as dry as the frozen. It's one of the few cat foods left that don't contain ash which causes urinary issues in male cats or has anything in it that causes an allergic reaction like licking all their fur off their tummies etc. As long as they stick to the formula & never change or add to the ingredients I'll continue to buy it and highly recommend it! :) December 16, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by I have no doubt that this is a quality product, but my cats will not touch it. And one of them loves to eat! I don't quite know how to rate this item since neither of my cats would eat it, probably because they don't like rabbit. So I am not a good one to review it. It is a quality product with quality ingredients, just not palatable to either of my cats. So I have quite a few cans just sitting on my shelf that will not get eaten. :( I would just say to give it a try. Like humans, cats have their own distinct likes and dislikes when it comes to food.
