  • The best food ever!

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

My 8 y.o. cat always ate duck flavor dry food. I tried this one after Fromm stopped being sold on Chewy. And, oh, boy! She loves it so much! She is not a big eater, but I have noticed her plate with dry food started getting empty much faster! Also, her poop started looking much softer and healthier. Before it was always too hard. I am very happy with this food and will keep my cat on it from now on!

  • Great Cat Food

    By on

I have 8 cats and they all like this brand of cat food. I rotate between the turkey, chicken and rabbit flavors to keep things interesting so the cats don't get bored. It is easy to rotate because only the main ingredient changes. Some of my cats are picky eaters and one has IBD but all do well on this cat food.

  • Very pleased with quality

    By on

I am trying to minimize feeding dry food to my cats these days, but if I do, this one seems to be excellent quality with a good ingredient profile. Both my cats love it.

  • Feral cats love it!

    By on

I feed a colony of spayed/neutered feral cats. There is more indoor cat food on the market without mention of outdoor cats and their needs. This product is not only high in protein (much needed in feline diet) but they also love the taste!

  • Not a Favorite

    By on Top 10 Contributor

The ingredients in this food is very good for cats with food allergies. I have one that is allergic to so many things but he will only eat this as a last resort. Not sure why. I've tried it on my other cats that aren't as picky and they aren't fond of it either. Again have no idea why since it is a good food. It has no chicken, eggs, potato or peas which are high allergens at my house. It's very very difficult to find food without these 4 ingredients any more. Seems like the pet food industry decided peas, potatoes, eggs and chicken should be in almost all food formulas. I say give it a try if you have one with food allergies.

  • Good for kibble

    By on Top 250 Contributor

I'm not a big fan of feeding cats dry food, especially my neutered males who are more likely to develop crystals or a bladder infection, but this stuff is decent as far as dry cat food goes. I recently adopted a 1 year old neutered male cat who was being fed Science Diet adult kibble. He was very scared and skittish, so in order to ease his transition I kept him on the type of food he was used to. I wanted to feed him better though so I transitioned him onto this. I've used the Instinct canned diets in the past when my first bengal was a kitten and had good results, so I trust the brand. My new bengal really liked this food, and I noticed he put on a little bit of weight, which he needed. • Great Food, all my 5 cats love it!

    By on

This is the best food yet. All my 5 cats love it. It was recommended by a friend who has 9 cats (we volunteer for an animal shelter) and all hers love it too. My big grey cat was having hairball issues, throwing up at least once a week. Since he has started eating nature's variety, he has not thrown up at all, its been 5 weeks. My original reason for changing food was for my long hair cat, Ziggy, she was getting constipated a lot. She also is doing great on the grain-free duck & turkey! Her constipation has cleared up. It's a little pricey, but far cheaper than a visit to the vet!
