My female Shih-Tzu developed a bladder stones and a nasty urinary infection about 1 1/2 years ago. She needed emergency surgery as the stones caused a blockage and a toxic medication (I had to wear gloves to handle pills as usual meds would not work). Anyway, while my Vet's opinion was Cranberry Powder may or may not help (but would not hurt), since she's been on it, no re-occurrence. She used to get both dry food and cans but now only gets canned (still non-Prescription). I deviated slightly from the instructions and gave once a day for first 2 weeks and then once every 3 days. Easily hidden in canned food! We have one cat who dives into the container before I have a chance to feed! That's a good sign.

This powder supplement has helped my dogs urine (makes it clearer) /and I believe that it helps their bladder also. I used to give it to my German Shepherd (female) and it helped her urine! You can give it with peanut butter or oatmeal. David

  • Very palatable when mixed with canned food.

I have 5 neutered male cats that have had urinary issues. Previously, I tried cranberry tablets, but they didn't like the taste. Since I've been using Cranberry Relief powder mixed in their canned food with a few drops of water to make a tasty gravy, all of them lap it right up. Best of all: 90% reduction in frequent litter box trips!

I believe in cranberry supplement for me, so why not my pooch that had a uti. It doesn't affect her wanting to eat her food. Worth giving it to her.

  • effective for digestion

I have been using this product for over a year. This helps with minor diarrhea and constipation for both dogs and cats. My two cats and two dogs do not notice a taste difference (two are super picky) and it mixes well with soft food.
