Still too soon to tell if it is going to work permanently, but so far, so good - no pottying where he was before!

Rated 4 out of 5 by LoKee Safer ingredients than Feliway
I use this in tandem with Feliway diffusers and spray, since I have 5 house cats, and sometimes they get a little territorial, or transfer aggression when an occasional stray wanders within sight, or there's a strange vehicle in our rural neighborhood. Also I have mild-to-moderate chemical sensitivities. Quiet Moments Spray contains 3.06% pheromone (I called the company - it's not on the label), while Feliway contains 10% pheromone. Feliway is 75 ml, while Quiet Moments is 240 ml. So, because of it's wet spray, I use Quiet Moments as a more broadcast spray at 'cat height' on areas I don't mind getting wet; while I use Feliway in concentrated areas such as near door frames and other blind corners where one cat might stalk another, carriers, sleeping areas. Quiet Moments seems to work just fine to take any mild nervous edge off my cats.

Rated 5 out of 5 by birdseye very helpful for elderly kitty
My elderly kitty (almost 19) started howling at night, waking us up every 2-3 hours. We were at our wits'
end. We tried feline pheromones, spraying her sleeping and resting areas-not on her- every 12 hours (recommended by our holistic vet).
Sure enough, our kitty vocalizes at night much less!
Every 6 hours or so for a shorter amount of time It helped to get up with her to change her water, talk to her and brush her for a few minutes, to help her calm down (which hadn't really worked without the pheromones). We are very pleased with this product. It will be worth a try for anyone having this kind of difficulty with their cat(s).

Rated 5 out of 5 by ldudette Excellent Calming Agent
I purchased this for my cat that has Feline hyperesthesia syndrome as he often jumps sky high off the bed at night and runs from the muscle spasms. Also, as I have two cats, and they are both males, they will not both stay on the bed with me due to territorial behavior.
I have been spraying the spray on my bedspread and in their cat beds and they will now both stay on the bed at night and my cat with the hyperesthesia is having reduced episodes. I am very pleased with this product as they will not eat any of the calming treats.

Rated 1 out of 5 by OCGoodgirl Scared my kitty
My kitten was taken away from her mom and litter when just 4 weeks old and so this may have something to do with her response to this spray, but she jumped out of the snuggle bed I sprayed it on and would not go near it (repeated trials). She also did not want to go into her kitty house (crate) that I had sprayed it in. I will try it again as she gets older to see if she has a different response and will update my review accordingly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JoJo Relax Your Cat
In preparation for a move, I've been spraying the interior of the cat carrier daily. My cat gets completely freaked out about being transported anywhere and generally runs for the hills when he sees the carrier. Would NEVER before get in it on his own. Now, he takes naps in it daily. This isn't to say he won't bolt when I try to zip it up, but it's a start.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LuckyLouie2 good product.
The product worked on my stressed-out cats. One had surgery and had just returned from the vets and needed to be confined. The other cat just couldn't figure out what was going on and didn't like the scents that were brought home from the vet's. Kept using the spray around the bedding, etc. and eventually all was well. And surgery turned out fine. Our cat had swallowed a piece of plastic somehow!
