  • Will eat anything

    By on

I purchased this product, after reading all the good reviews. My cats, will eat anything given to them, and what ever they can steal...No matter what I do, and trust me, I've let them go a week with just this food, they will only eat the bare minimum to survive. Thinking, I could add it to one of my exotics food, so as not to waste it, not, they actually picked thru the mixture and left this food! Big waste of money.........

  • Great to keep your cat healthy!

We had problems with our cat vomiting. It was not irregular per the vet, but a little on the high side. We tried different foods until landing on the line of Now Fresh grain free foods. Our little one's stomach issues have all but disappeared. Then, when I forgot to order a refill in time, we purchased a (just-as-expensive if not more) grain free food from the local store. Within days she had gotten sick 3 times. We switched her back to Now Fresh and everything is back to wonderful (and our floors much cleaner).

  • She loves it!

My kitty ate this up without hesitation! She is semi-picky about her food and I had no problems switching her to this. Since she is older and overweight I went from their regular food to this and so far so good...hope she will slim down some with continued use. She is still active and happy on this food because of the great ingrediants =)

  • My cat loves it!

    By on

My cat can be very picky. At first I thought he would not like to eat this food because they are small 'pellets' however, the moment I put it in his bowl, he devoured it! It has been several weeks now and we have noticed that he is losing weight and is more friskier. We also feed him wet food with the dry as a supplement.

  • Cats seem fine eating it.

    By on

I would prefer larger pellets to give them something to chew, however, they seem fine with eating this. If I miss leaving them their evening bowl, then I get harassed I only fed dry at night to get them through the night so I can sleep. The food is not always gone in the a.m. so I believe they are eating for hunger and not for a delicious taste. I like the ingredients and it is made in Canada, a country with diet controls for animals' food.

  • Small bits, well received

    By on

This kibble is in smaller bits than most, which my cats liked (the older one because he is missing some teeth due to dental issues and the younger one because she is a smaller cat and likes smaller food). Both cats seem to like it.

  • Finally he's eating his own food again

    By on Top 50 Contributor

The small company that used to make the food I bought for my cat sold out and the company that bought the recipe messed it up and now doesn't even bother with it. I have been trying different GF weight management foods since then, some he will eat for a few weeks and then he goes right back to eating the dog food. He has gained weight and absolutely hates going to the Vet, I have been worried about diabetes, and searching for at least 3 years now for something that will keep him out of the dog food. I think I finally found the right food, he loves it! We haven't been feeding for more then a couple weeks now so that could change but I have high hopes for this one! Not sure about weight loss yet but again I have hopes! Now the only time he wants to eat the dog food instead of his own is when I put the organic canned party animal food on it, but he is much easier to shoo out of that now then when we tried the other foods. So finally I found a GOOD dry food that my cat prefers over the dry dog food! … more

  • Receives the "paw of approval"

    By on

We all know how "funny" cats can be when it comes to their feeding. I have two, senior felines & they Both Love this food. No complaints from me either. Another bonus, their veterinarian approves of the ingredients they are being fed, along with maintaining their health.

  • Highly recommend

    By on

Our senior cat has diabetes & this food has been wonderful for him! Since switching to this food, his insulin dose has decreased & we are in high hopes he'll be insulin free. (So many cat foods are high in carbs & older cats don't exercise and play enough to burn the carbs)
