Shake and Serve Milk Replacement Powder for kittens contains essential amounts of protein, fat and carbohydrates plus vitamins, minerals and amino acids that newborn kittens need. It is readily accepted by newborn kittens and produces excellent growth rates and weight gain. It can also be used to help meet the increased nutritional requirements during cats’ gestation or pregnancy or in convalescing or elderly felines.

Whey protein concentrate is a source of the essential amino acids that are the building blocks for healthy muscles, skin and other body tissue. Dried skim milk contains amino acids and is high in soluble vitamins and minerals. Egg yolk is a major source of vitamins and minerals and contains all of the egg’s fat and cholesterol and almost half of the protein. • Doesn't mix properly

    By on

This stuff was clumpy and the clumps wouldn't break up easily. It didn't mix properly and there was a dry scum on top that would not mix in by shaking or by breaking up with a spoon. I didn't use a blender, but I think that frothy dryish scum would still be there. Not only that but the best by date was April 2016 and that's the date it is now, could explain the problem I suppose, but I won't buy it again and take that risk since the stuff is expensive.

  • Perfectly portable and great for travelling with kittens.

    By on

I usually get the large can because we feed many kittens regularly. The bottles are the right size to take dry and just mix up and use right away. This brand is fine and mixes better than the other ones I have used. I don't have to bring a strainer to use to fill the nursing bottles.
