Nutro Senior Soft Loaf Chicken Recipe Grain-Free Canned Cat Food is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 50.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Eat, and Tasty Too! After my cat's heart attack, it was hard getting him interested in eating again. While I tried several brands of wet food, this was the only one that he's been consistently happy to chow-down on. There are a few others I've been able to sometimes coax him to eat, but this one he actually likes and will seek out on his own! It's also soft enough that even when he was at his weakest, he could still lap it up without having to put forth the energy of chewing. The fact that it's so watery also helps with the constipation he's been struggling with since then as a result of his medications' side effects. (And it mixes well with canned pumpkin.) If you have a sick or ailing cat, one who's disinterested in eating, or just an old one, I highly recommend giving this a try. Our other cat, who is young and has no medical problems, also likes this food more than any of the others we give him, so apparently it's delicious even if you're young and healthy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from cats love it I have two senior cats and a 1.5 year old. The cat I originally bought this for is very fussy about what she eats or doesn't. She eats it fairly willingly, and usually after a few hours (she likes to graze) there's an empty plate. My other two inhale it and try to lick a hole through the plate. I definitely will be buying more! My boy cat has been able to keep it down better, so as long as it helps even one of my cats, I consider it a successful purchase

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My cat likes it I recently started adding soft food to my cats diet per a suggestion from my vet. I am mixing wet and dry to try and get her the benefits of each. Her dry food has been a grain free Nutro product (next bag will be senior), So tried their wet food for seniors as well. My cat seems to really like it...so I plan on continuing to use it....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My cats have loved it for a long time. My 4 cats weren't used to can food & wouldn't eat lumpy food. I tried several other can foods, but they only eat them at first & then quit. This one they continue to eat. I am also very happy with the ingredients. Thank you. Please don't change it. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from clean plates! My vet recommended I feed my cats senior food so I try to keep a variety of different brands and flavors available for them. They both gobbled this one up the first time and continue to keep their plates clean when this is served. Two paws up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great food! My cats, ages 8-10 love Nutro food. I was giving them the Adult food, and had a senior chicken in the mix so I tried that, and they loved it! It is easy to serve right from the can. It is smooth and my cats love it. Great products from Nutro!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cans Too Small This is a great product! My elderly cat who has trouble keeping food down keeps this down really well...much better than Science Diet products, Science Diet Senior can food does not stay in her but for a few minutes. I am, however going back to Max Cat which seems really close to Natural Choice and because it comes in the larger 5.5 ounce can which is about what she goes through per day. The smaller Natural Choice 3 ounce cans cause me to throw away about half a can at the end of the day since one can is not enough and 2 cans is too much. Yes, I can put the other half in the fridge, but she doesn't like food right out of the fridge so I end up with several half cans trying to fit one of those into her daily meals. As soon as the 5.5 ounce cans of Natural Choice becomes available for senior cats, I will for sure be switching to it since she seems to like it better and also keeps is down.
