Pet Naturals of Vermont L-Lysine Cat Chews is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 148.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little tough but the cat likes them. The chews seem to be a little tough for my 14 and a half year old cat, but he seems to enjoy them. I have started breaking them up into smaller pieces and that has apparently solved the toughness issue. Plus he thinks he's getting more. The quality and effectiveness of the vitamin is encouraging. The last couple of winter he's developed a slight runny nose. He was on a gel that had to be given to him orally via a syringe and he hated that. The chews are a nice alternative, and his sniffles have subsided.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too hard, cats wouldnt eat I wanted to try this as apposed to buying my normal brand and to no avail none of them wanted anything to do with it, I tried breaking it into little pieces and they still wanted nothing to do with it. I've 8 cats who need to have lysine for their immune system and their respiratory system, these chews are too hard and dry even though I tried to wet them the cats wanted nothing to do with it. So, NO I will not recommend this product. I'll be going back to the brand they like to keep them healthy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helpful for feline herpes I adopted a cat from a local shelter and he was sneezing and had a sore in his nose. The L lysine has boosted his immune system in between doses of antiviral meds. Stopped the sneezing and sore nose issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too hard for to chew! I bought this product but my cat won't eat them. They are too hard for his teeth.I thought it was just his age but my younger cat had a hard time, too. Will not buy these. Throwing the bag away :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keep them healthy All my cats like these but I do have to break them up for some of them to eat since they are big and can be hard to chew.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product for my cat My nine year old black cat has had a problem with goopy eyes. Our vet recommended L-Lysine for him and we originally bought some from the vet clinic. My sister had been purchasing this brand and suggested it would be cheaper than the treats from the vet. I ordered one bag. Mister, my cat, loves them. He has no problem with the thick quality of the treat and chicken liver is one of his favorite flavors. I would recommend these treats to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The product helps alot My cat had ulcers and this boosted him immune system and got rid of them. Although the wasn't fond of eating them he ate it anyway because I had other treats I would bribe him with. Maybe try a better taste? Cause my other cat wouldn't eat it at all. They did help though :) so thank you
