  • Tried, but cats do not like

    By on

Some of my cats have sneezing problems so I tried the granulated lysine. It worked all right but I decided to try the chews. None of my cats would eat the chews even when I mixed them with the treats I give them. They ate the treats, but not the chews. The chews seem to have a very strong smell maybe that is why.

  • Still not sure

    By on

We've had these for awhile now but my cats symptoms are still here. He likes them so I'm going to let him finish the bag, but might seek out something else. Still gonna give another week to see if they're helping with his respiratory issue.

  • Great Product

My cat Tux takes the L-Lysine Willingly and has kept him from respiratory infections. When adopted Tux I did not know Tux had been exposed to URI (Upper respiratory infection) since he was not weaned from his mom as a kitten his immune system was compromised. I was told he would need to be on the lysine to boost his immune system. He has not any infections in 2 years the L-Lysine works really well. I recommend it to anyone who has a cat with a compromised immune system

  • My cat won't eat them

    By on

Hard to say if these help or not because my cat won't eat them! I have tried giving them as treats and also sprinkled in her food, but she just eats around them! This must taste gross to cats.

  • Good product for my cat

    By on

My nine year old black cat has had a problem with goopy eyes. Our vet recommended L-Lysine for him and we originally bought some from the vet clinic. My sister had been purchasing this brand and suggested it would be cheaper than the treats from the vet. I ordered one bag. Mister, my cat, loves them. He has no problem with the thick quality of the treat and chicken liver is one of his favorite flavors. I would recommend these treats to anyone.

  • Good But..

    By on

My cat and kitten loves these but they were hard for both of them to chew so i had to cut it up for them. It's good if you want L-Lysine to keep your cats immune systems working. But if you have a kitten or an older cat with some missing teeth, then you should cut them up.

  • A little tough but the cat likes them.

    By on

The chews seem to be a little tough for my 14 and a half year old cat, but he seems to enjoy them. I have started breaking them up into smaller pieces and that has apparently solved the toughness issue. Plus he thinks he's getting more. The quality and effectiveness of the vitamin is encouraging. The last couple of winter he's developed a slight runny nose. He was on a gel that had to be given to him orally via a syringe and he hated that. The chews are a nice alternative, and his sniffles have subsided.

  • The product helps alot

    By on

My cat had ulcers and this boosted him immune system and got rid of them. Although the wasn't fond of eating them he ate it anyway because I had other treats I would bribe him with. Maybe try a better taste? Cause my other cat wouldn't eat it at all. They did help though :) so thank you

  • Too hard, cats wouldnt eat

    By on

I wanted to try this as apposed to buying my normal brand and to no avail none of them wanted anything to do with it, I tried breaking it into little pieces and they still wanted nothing to do with it. I've 8 cats who need to have lysine for their immune system and their respiratory system, these chews are too hard and dry even though I tried to wet them the cats wanted nothing to do with it. So, NO I will not recommend this product. I'll be going back to the brand they like to keep them healthy.

  • Too large and doesn't work

    By on

My cat had a hard time chewing these so I had to break them up into little pieces, but I saw no improvement in her overall health (eg. sneezing, watery eyes)
